The charge is for additional 4 night. According to your original booking is 4 night only. Referring to our message, I point out same as your booking at Airbnb. How come HKD 2230 is good for 8 night (ave 278 HKD per night for 3 people room ????? ) nonsense!!!!
Accuracy- TV, We get your message, we already immediately to fix the wifi and TV. For Wifi, we need to wait the service provider come to fix it. Normally take 3 working days. For TV, your group inform us in the night time. We cannot find the replacement immediately as a Full house and also the AV shop already closed at 9 pm. We already change it as soon as we can. Even I stay in 5 stars hotels, the Wifi also not work for the whole stay. I also need to say this is not accuracy . 2 days out of 8 days, the Wifi is working. You are only the 2 rooms of 5 rooms in this apartment. Why the other 2 rooms do not have problem?????
Cleanness- BEDBUGS AND COCKROACHES- Why you do not point out when you stay? We will fix it for you. How come your group can stay in the room with full of bedbugs and cockraches in 8 nights????? OMG . This is ridiculous!!!!!! If the room like you said, I will request to change room or move out!!
Once stated for your booking, you already make a problem for your booking and change and change. I request you to cancel the booking and you did not accept and do not go to Airbnb to voice out.
I do not recommend this guest: Ched Nikki to all Airbnb.
She is liar and request. I will suggest this guest stay at 6 ***v hotel instead of the guest house.
