About this listing
Welcome to my cozy & colourful flat !
It is not very big but has all you need to feel at home. Located in a lively and local area of HK Island, you are a few stops away from all HK's best curiosities.
My studio was decorated with love so that it can be a place to rest up after exciting (and probably exhausting) days spent in the city !
The flat is located on the 21st floor of a building that has a 24/7 surveillance by the loveliest concierges. The building is not the newest but the studio is all renovated. It is very bright thanks to 2 windows (East and West). When it gets too hot or too humid, the AC answers all prayers ;)
You can easily decide to go for a dinner out or buy veggies and fresh meat/fish from the wet market just downstairs and cook at home. The kitchen has a big fridge+freezer, an oven, a microwave oven, a rice cooker, a kettle, a blender and 1 hot plate (and all the pans and dishes that go with it).
The double bed is comfortable (not as hard as the classic HK standard), it's 4ftx6ft. It is separated from the rest of the flat by a curtain.
There is a small and cozy living-room area with a sofa, small lights, plants and a coffee table. You can unfold the higher table if you want to eat more comfortably.
I left a few free drawers, shelves and wardrobe space for you to unpack your suitcases !
The bathroom has the shower separated from the toilets + 1 sink and a mirror with more small storage cupboard.
Interaction with guests
As this studio is where I live, I am hosting when I am not around. But I have wonderful friends that can help out if I am out of reach !
I'll also leave a list of what I believe are the must-dos in town :)
The studio is very relaxing, with guests encouraged to make themselves at home. Although please treat it nicely as your home as well. Wash dishes and utensils before you leave is all we required.
Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a 50% refund. Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

I am a 25-year old French textile engineer. I've lived most of my life in France but over the past few years I got the opportunity to relocate in Morocco, China, Germany. I finally moved to Hong Kong about a year ago.
I am a Hong-Kong lover. I love exploring the city and the islands, and sharing tips and adventures is even better !
When I am off to other travelling exploration, this where you can take over my cozy and colourful flat :)
