My home is tucked away into the woods while still having easy access to Crystal Bridges, Amazeum, and downtown Bentonville/Rogers. My house is about 5 minutes off of Highway 71, so if you want to take a day trip down to Fayetteville, it's really easy. Two blocks away is the Angus Chute trailhead into the famous Slaughter Pen Mountain Bike Park and from there you can get to just about any other trail in town, including the Blowing Springs Trailhead of The Back 40, an IMBA Epic trail.
The bed is a brand new queen sized Serta memory foam--it's a bit firm at first, but once you settle in, it's really comfortable. There is also a bedside table & lamp not pictured. There are plenty of spaces to lounge and if you need desk space to work, you're welcome to share my office.
The whole house is available to you except the master bedroom & bath.
Interaction with guests
I was an Airbnb host in Kansas City for a while before moving down here and I'm pretty good on picking up on interaction cues. It's always up to you!
Other things to note
If you're interested in a mountain bike guide for the afternoon/day/weekend, I have a really flexible schedule. I just charge an additional fee. There are some really amazing trails in Northwest Arkansas! You should really take the time to explore them all.
I also offer a 10% discount for USAC members.

I just moved from Kansas City, Missouri to Bentonville, Arkansas. As a web designer, I can be pretty mobile with my job. I moved down to Northwest Arkansas to ride mountain bikes and road bikes. I'm a category 2 road bike racer and am in my first year of racing mountain bikes.
While in Kansas City, I started hosting with Airbnb and had a blast. I love hosting because of the opportunity to meet so many different people. Bentonville is a really unique town that has a lot of the benefits of a larger city with the feel of a small town. The city is investing a lot into it's arts & outdoor culture development and it's one of the big draws of why I moved here. Being an Airbnb host in Bentonville only made sense.
I travel a lot for local races and some national level races, so I am both an Airbnb guest and host.
I have a 7 year old Lab Vizsla mix, Princess Leia. She's really sweet and gets really excited when we host new guests in our home. She enjoys swimming at the lake and running on the trails while I ride my bike.
