Resort Overview
Discover the spectacular region of the Guadalupe River Valley. WorldMark Hunt - Stablewood Springs Resort — perched high on a ridge, in the heart of Texas Hill Country — offers the perfect location for a vast array of outdoor adventures and sightseeing opportunities. The rocky terrain has a rugged beauty hiding some amazing natural treasures and frontier outposts built mostly with native cedar and limestone, form charming, historic “downtowns” in the small county seats that dot the Hill Country. The contagious friendliness from this genuine "down to earth" community means you’ll be greeted by a friendly "Howdy, y'all" wherever your explorations take you!

As part of a large ranch, rich with diverse wildlife and breathtaking scenery, Southwest style and modern architecture come together at this beautiful contemporary resort built of natural stone with wood accents. Your whole family will relish the on-site outdoor activities here. Terraced slopes lead down to the swimming pool complex which includes a family pool with water slide. Keep up your exercise routine in the small fitness center or alternatively, enjoy breathtaking views as you get out and about on the seven miles of hiking or biking trails. Bring a line to try and snag a catch in the fishing ponds or just relax on the covered patio and marvel at the miles of lush, rolling hills outstretched before you. The perfect end to a day of sightseeing is to come back to your light, airy, spacious unit to relax on your balcony. Whether you seek a relaxing respite or an outdoor adventure, this resort delivers it all!

Very large unit for one bedroom, one bath. Lots of space. View of nature area. Upstairs unit and end unit. Close to check in office. Modern, updated furnishings. Quiet in Fall. Would be great property in the summer with the pool and outdoor activities.

If you enjoy the great outdoors & animals, you'll L-O-V-E this place! During our stay we saw armadillo, deer, jackrabbits, owls, racoons, squirrels, and buzzards/hawks. There were also people fishing in one of the lakes, but we didn't stop to see if they were biting. There are trails to walk (where we might have seen more wildlife, had we decided to take a hike) & an "adults only" and family pool, along with a hot tub. It is approx. 40 miles away from Fredricksburg, where we took our day trips to drink wine & eat good food. A great place to relax, listen to the crickets lull you to sleep at night, and do some star gazing.

If you're staying in the area for personal visit -- perhaps visiting someone at LaHacienda -- I highly recommend this beautiful, quiet place to get away and clear your head. The drive up to the resort took my breath away, and then breathed serenity back into me. Check-in/out was easy, and unlike other condos I have rented, this comes with a hotel-like staff on premises. I was unable to enjoy the amenities, but the pool looked great!

Great place to stay for access to rural hill country. Was a perfect base for 2 days of cycling! Clean, comfortable and the pool and hot tub were a nice plus.
