My place is close to Aggieville restaurants, art and culture, and Kansas State University -- home of Wildcat athletics. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the comfy bed, its gardens and the candlelight breakfast served each morning. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

Tim has the gift of hospitality. If you want to feel like a guest in someone's home this is the place. If you want to be left alone, find your own breakfast and come and go without ever seeing the owner, keep looking.

Tim's place is right next to the KSU campus; cozy, clean, and comfortable. Tim was accommodating and attentive to our needs.

In a word, excellent…five stars are not enough. Tim and his home are lovely and exceeded all of our expectations in terms of charm, quaintness and hospitality. The interiors look like they should grace the glossy pages of Southern Living Magazine. His gardens are peaceful, tranquil, well maintained and are a wonderful place to sit and enjoy a coffee. They are by far the nicest gardens in Manhattan. His breakfasts are delightful with home cooked oat waffles, handmade toffee sauces and served on fine family china, crystal and silver, with candles lit in crystal candelabras. This was a special 3 days for us, I had my fiftieth-class reunion and I was getting married at it. When Tim discovered this, he had a dozen red roses sitting by the bed, which delighted my new bride and arranged a professional photographer to take pictures of the wedding. I live in Scotland, but if I lived closer to Manhattan I would consider Tim’s BnB as a final tourist destination, not just lodging. If you stay there you are in for a special treat and I give it my highest recommendation.
