Milly was a great host and the apartment is lovely, in a very peaceful, secluded location, away from the busyness of Cape Cod. Very comfortable, well equipped and homely, with added extras such as beers, milk, muffins and condiments. Kitchen is perfect for preparing and cooking meals if you don’t want to go out to eat. Highly recommended.

Milly was the consummate host. Welcoming. Friendly. Accommodating. Accessible. Think of every positive adjective you might use to describe an Airbnb host. That's Milly. The space is so comfortable and the perfect place to call home when you're on the Cape. Close to great beaches, fantastic bike trails and easily accessible. Perfect for our family of four. A comfortable bed, a well-appointed kitchen and very spacious. We can't wait to come back. And my two daughters (6 and 2) are still asking for Milly. That says everything.

Milly and Tom are the perfect hosts - welcoming, sincere, allow you your space to come and go, and they are immensely kind! Their place is also fantastic and very clean. The space is significantly larger than the pictures represent. It is the ground floor of the home with its own separate entrance. Milly also provides fresh English muffins and stocks the fridge with soda, a few beers, milk, and various condiments. Also on hand are: a hair dryer, an iron and ironing table, shampoo & conditioner, sheets & towels, and many kitchen utensils, plates, cups, etc. These extra touches were so appreciated.

Millie's home is one of the most lovely that we have encountered in our many years of vacationing on the Cape and around the U.S. The furnishings are tasteful and suited to the home and space (not overdone or overcrowded). There was room for items (food) that we purchased that is often not the case in rentals where the owner has filled every inch with "stuff" that they think you will need but don't. The setting and surroundings are very private, quiet, and most beautiful for this area of the Cape. Being minutes from bike path and several beaches was an added bonus as our purpose was to bike and hike. There is an overhang for bike storage to keep them dry. Millie was most gracious and willing to go to any length to make your stay restful and pleasant. Thankfully there was nothing that could be improved upon. Millie herself was affable, witty, and very resourceful with information about area.

Milly and Tom were fantastic hosts. This was our first visit to The Cape and there is no doubt that we'll be back in large part the great stay we had at Milly's place. The hospitality was bar none! The bike trail that was literally steps away was amazing (whether you are biking or walking). There were relaxing, beautiful views of the water (tip: when you come to the beginning of the trail, go right). Tom offered up some places to eat lunch and dinner in the area and we found his suggestions to be spot on. The lobster rolls at the the Chart Room has something like 3lbs of lobster in each sandwich! As other reviews mentioned, the stocked fridge was a nice touch with a variety of beer/soft drinks/water/milk. The private beach was around a 15 minute walk for us (detailed instructions on how to get there were on the fridge). There is also a trail you can take near the beach entrance that we walked. Milly even offered up an appropriate whale watching coat since my fiance let her coat at home by accident. Highly recommend this place!

Lovely place with many extras. Because of flight delays we arrived much later than expected and found milk, beer, and wine in the refrigerator for us, and much more! Milly is a wonderful host. Lack of air conditioning not a problem for us with the several electric fans provided. Location is steps from the hike and bike path. An easy 15 minute drive to downtown Falmouth, or 20 minutes to Woods Hole.
