We value all of our guests’ opinions. We want all of our guests to have a great experience, and have had nothing but excellent reviews. We are sorry you did not have an enjoyable stay. We have a cleaning maid that comes between each guest stay and always have her available should anything ever come up. We have never had this complaint before, and if we were made aware of any of your issues during your stay, we would have had it taken care of immediately.
We were unaware of the extra person staying in the apartment until we came up to make the repair (broken glass door from previous guest that left on the same day of your check in).
We did the best we could do to accommodate the unknown fifth guest with no prior notice. Had we known you were going to bring an extra person and would require an extra bed, we would have let you know that all we had was an extra air mattress for a fifth person. We live in the apartment below, so if we were made aware of these complaints while you were staying, we could have worked to remedy them. We thank you for your feedback, and will continue to work hard to make our guests' experiences great.
