Social gatherings, parties, excessive noise within the Property, and disturbance or disruption of neighbours and neighbouring properties is strictly prohibited and can result in immediate eviction. Any parties or social gatherings resulting to Property damage will incur a minimum of £300 administrative fee to reflect the damage done, and the inconvenience and expense caused to our other guests and staff.

Smoking is not permitted in any part of the Accommodation including balconies, common areas of the Accommodation or open windows, and the Guest and any member of his or her party undertakes not to smoke inside the Accommodation. A minimum fine of £300 will be charged to cover cleaning and loss of revenue related to the incoming guest will be imposed on the guest if signs of smoking are identified.

No pets allowed.

We offer flexible checkin & checkout times (by advance notice only), however where we have guests coming or leaving the same day we may apply usual checkin times between 12:00 and 15:00 and checkout times before 12:00.

If your arrival time is delayed beyond 1 hour then please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate the delay however we may need to re-arrange the checkin time or for you to collect the keys from us if we have other pre-arranged commitments. I live 2 hours away.

Lost keys or getting locked out – £100.00 for replacement or getting you back in the property if you have locked yourself out.

I have been charged for the following damages: 1. Curtain rail came off £100 2. Brown stains on towel in middle room £20 3. Make up stains on towel & pillow case £40 First time i have experience like this. That I have been charged for towels! And all the prices are not reasonable, the things and furniture are old and cheap. We have been charged for curtain rail that we havent touched at all. We were forced to pay deposit after we booked an apartment and it is against the rules. But we have trusted and payed and now we have been charged unfaire. Also we have been acused for food that we left, but we have found leftovers in the apartment during check inn. So we did the same without any doubt. I hope so that my comment will help others. Because it was worsed experience for me with airbnb.

Dovile clearly is unremorseful of the comments made about her stay and ungrateful of the token charges. My normal room rate is £99 per Room per Night, as is normal in this part of London, but I only charged her £33 per Room per Night! My Houserules clearly stated that security deposit (which is a part of AirBnb feature) is required for all bookings and any breakages, damages and rules broken, a minimum of £300 administration fees will be applied to reflect the damage and the inconvenience caused. House Rules formed part of the Contract of AirBnb letting. You agree to it when you book to stay at people's house and would adhere to the rules. When rules have been broken and inconveniences caused, and I still did not charge the minimum administration fees of £300 as part of the contract simply because I am aware that they come from Lithuania. They consumed my unopened Dorito and unopened few blocks of chocolates in my fridge, but have No courtesy to ask or inform me after. Such is the attitude of Dovile and her friends. They used the kitchen and fridge but would not clean up the leftover food - cut cucumber, unfinished takeaway food, milk, pasta etc. They wiped their make up faces on the pillow cases, duvet cover (which cost £48 new) and white towels. WHO DOES THAT TO THEIR OWN? All in all, this has been my experience dealing with them - ungrateful and disrespectful.

My apartment is situated in the centre of the busy Docklands with water views and Canary Wharf banking district. It is close to all amenities, underground train stations, parks, swimming pools, sailing centre, the O2, shops, restaurants, pubs and the supermarkets.

It is a cozy 3 double bedroom apartment by the waters. You are welcome to use the kitchen if you would like to cook.

No party group.
