This cool, ground floor condominium is the more spacious 1242 sq ft two-bedroom ‘C’ plan, with sunken living room, brand new designer furniture, and extensive travertine and granite surfaces. Oceanic Time Warner cable, internet, phone and Wi-Fi.

The space

Both kitchen and living room are completely remodeled! The master bedroom has a king-size bed and free-standing travertine bath, with separate shower room. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a full separate bathroom. Washer/dryer in unit. There is a large garden Lanai with BBQ for outdoor dining and entertaining.

This unit was a wonderful choice for our family of 4. It was tastefully decorated and has a large common space that was great for our group. The unit is Located about a 10-15 minute walk from Keawakapu Beach and has a great pool on site. The property sits right between Wailea and Kihei, which gives you tons of options with regards to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Everything was very well stocked in the unit. The kitchen had all the gadgets needed to cook breakfast and dinner - even a blender for pina coladas in the afternoon! There were also a number of beach chairs and bodyboards for use. A beach umbrella was also included - but we never used it. We would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a place in south Maui. You could spend much more to be closer to the beach if you wish, but in our view this unit was a great choice.
