My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Set peacefully off Kensington High Street. This is a perfect place to stay for anybody looking to do shopping or to visit London. I must make you aware the studio has no windows/natural light. However, there is a Fire Exit and Mechanical ventilation. This is a ideal location for someone who is looking for something with no thrills and somewhere to lay their head down.

The space

To use the Washing Machine, put your clothes in the machine and put the liquid soap (which is provided) into the cap and place inside with the washing. Turn On the machine and select your washing with the wheel. The Oven is on standby and you can choose your settings by turning the wheel and selecting your time.

Guest access

Entire free access of the apartment with keys.

Other things to note

There are many different types of shops and facilities to visit and discover new things. Furthermore, there are many friendly people and tourists out there too. There is a really nice restaurant which I recommend called "Rotisserie" which serve wonderful Moroccan food. They also serve shisha as well. It is a 15 minute bus journey from the apartment (C1 bus). The address is: Rotisserie, South Kensington, Bute Street, SW7 3EX.

Great stay, room is exactly as advertised. Very easy to communicate with Nishel/Pritam. Location is golden! Neighbours can be noisy but was not a problem. Would surely stay again

Nishel's place is good. Simple and small, it has everything you need (iron, blow dryer, dishes etc) but the shop (or whatever it is) VERY noisy all night. I'm a heavy sleeper and it woke me up both nights, so I would suggest bringing ear plugs.

The noise is a major problem. I thought an underground apartment with no light would at least be quiet, but the people upstairs made noise all night, banging things and moving stuff around, sounds like a stockroom. The water damage in the hallway needs fixing ASAP. The location is great and the equipment in the apartment is brand new but the noise kept us up all night, and all we wanted to do in this place was sleep.

Very convenient location and clean apartment. Enough place for a short stay, especially if you plan on being out and about during the day. Host was great with communication. Overall a great place to stay for it's value.

A comfortable place to live in with a kind host, who is always willing to communicate with. It is a basement so that no sunlight could come in but it seems to have no effect. Very satisfied in addition to some noise upstairs.

The Earls Court Road flat was exactly as described on the site, small but very clean, well equipped and functional. The owner(s) were responsive and helpful, the neighborhood full of restaurants and every other shop or store you may need. If you are looking for a convenient place to crash in London, while spending most of your time exploring the city, it is just right. 8-10 minute walk from the subway and from there 15-30 to anywhere in central London it is an excellent location at a reasonable price. The addition of a small TV would be nice but other than that the flat is fully equipped and everything is new and working well, including the fast and reliable WiFi. More an item of curiosity than an issue, is the bathroom exhaust fan, wired to turn OFF when the bathroom light is turned on (???). The only negative, if you are a light sleeper, is the upstairs tenant who is very noisy and active at all times day & night. They clomped around on wood floors w/ heavy shoes and appeared to move, arrange or rearrange who-knows-what ‘round-the-clock. They were never still for more than an hour or two leading us to believe it must be a warehouse or place of business rather than a residence. All in all it was the right place for our purposes and our budget and we would not hesitate to return if and when we come to London again.

This place is perfect if you want to be close to all of Kensington's attractions, without staying in a pricey boutique home. The area was very walkable, and the Tube stations are close enough. I never had trouble getting home from anywhere in London. Lots of great restaurants, museums and shops within 5 minutes walking. Thanks again!
