The room have fan and A/C and your own bathroom, the pool of the building is amazing, I just stay one night but I seen so many different people inside the place, eg house keeping, cleaners( in spite the house don't look so clean) and people who I don't know who (URL HIDDEN) I feel insecure with that ...the communication was poor as per other reviews said....anyway I spend most of the time outside location is central and you find everything you need

I was due to stay with Omar for 2 nights in his CozyRoom apartment in Kuala Lumpar, however, when I met up with Omar he told me my room was unavailable due to the last guest not handing in the key. He brought me to his other apartment which was very poor. I first used the bathroom and there was a leak coming from the sink, the toilet seat wasn't fixed properly onto the toilet seat and toilet roll holder wasn't fixed properly on the wall. Also the front door into the apartment was a struggle to open as I spent 5 minutes trying to open it. Outside the door into the apartment there was a steel gate which also questioned the security and made me feel uptight and insecure. I ended up leaving the appartment and booking different accommodation. Omar said he was "sorry for the inconvenience" and told me he would refund me, however, after contacting Omar many times he has still not managed to refund me. At first the host came across civil and polite, but due to the lack of communication from him and lack of honesty in regards to refunding me my money I would not recommend his accommodation from what I have witnessed.

PROs: The place is fine. The room has the basics like towels and toiletries. The living room has a big TV with Netflix so it's nice if you want to be lazy and stay in. The kitchen is complete with everything you need. There is also a laundry area with washer and dryer if you wish to wash your clothes. The WiFi connection is decent. The balcony has a great view of the KL Tower. There are restaurants, supermarket, and public transportation nearby so it is very convenient. It is not too far from the KL Tower and the Petronas Twin Towers. CONs: The listing description is misleading. Although it is mentioned that it is a private room, it should have been described that there are 3 rooms in the condo unit. And each room will have different guests. The living room and kitchen are shared by the guests. Also, Omar, the host was unresponsive when we sent him messages upon booking and prior to arrival. There was no directions on how to check in so that process was confusing. Omar was apologetic about the lack of communication and the checking in issue that we were upgraded to the room with the bathroom inside the room. The room was fine with basic stuff, but the shower area wasn't clean and there were hairs.

Firstly I would like to say thanks to Airbnb for giving me the opportunity to introduce myself. I am Mohammad Omar Faruq from Bangladesh. I have done a degree in Hotel Management at SEGi University Malaysia. I previously completed my HND in Hospitality management under Edexcel UK. About my family background, my father is a retired person and my mother is a Housewife. My strengths are hard work, quick learning, motivational skills, and punctuality. My weakness is that I easily trust anybody. However, I’m happy being myself, which I didn’t use to be. I used to hide in other people or tried to find myself through other characters or living out their lives which I didn’t have. But now I’m happy being myself. I feel always good to meet new people and proud to be a host of them. Finally, I can say I am a very hospitable person.
