SVH Service Suites is a 777 square feet accommodation unit equipped with 2 cozy bed rooms with queen size beds, 2 bath rooms, a large living hall adjacent to a dining area and a modern kitchen fitted with a toaster, fridge, kettle and a stovetop where you can enjoy light cooking at the premise. There is a washing machine and tumbler dyer for your laundering convenience. Private bathrooms are equipped with bidet, toiletries, towels and hairdryers. The premise is well covered by high speed internet with 100Mbps. You will be sure to enjoy seamless video streaming if you are a movie lover with our 42in LED TV. The Petronas Twin Towers are right in front of your sight when you open your curtains. While you can enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view of KLCC area during the days and nights, SVH Service Suites is surely a place not to be missed for families and couples.

**You can park at apartment's visitor car park at hourly rate of RM5 and daily rate is RM10.您可以停在访客停车位(按时算的话,每小时5马币。按天算的话,一天10马币。)

SVH Service Suite is a non-smoking apartment. A fine of RM500 will be imposed for breaching this rule.
APARTMENT CAPACITY POLICY
Maximum sleeping capacity in an apartment varies from 4 to 5 persons, depending on the suite type booked. Persons 18 years of age or under must be accompanied by the registered adult at check-in to occupy a suite.
CHECK IN POLICY
• Check In Time is 3 pm
• Check Out Time is 12 pm
A minimum-security deposit of RM450 will be collected at check in. In the
unlikely event that the unit is willfully or negligently damaged, the deposit will be withheld in full and applied to all repair and replacements costs. Should the costs exceed the RM450 deposit, the full cost will be applied to the authorized credit card.
Please return the access cards upon check out. Damage or lost of access cards will be charged RM50 per card.
ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY POLICY
Kindly turn off light, fan, air cond and others electrical items when not using to reduce greenhouse effect.
ILLEGAL ACTIVITY/NARCOTIC/ ARMED FIRE POLICY
Strictly no illegal activity, drugs or any dangerous weapons as defined by Malaysian law in the apartment .
Please note that the Private Club facilities (swimming pool, fitness centre, steam room and sauna) are available for residence who owned property membership only. However, purchase of entry is available on site.
HOUSE RULE POLICY
Strictly no Pets, Durians or strong smelling foods in the Apartment.
Only light cooking allowed & Kindly clean up after usage.
The unit was designed to fit an appropriate amount of guests, if u wish to maneuver mattress or furniture remember to put back to its original place.
Please be reminded to take your belongings before leaving. Only leave items that belong to the Apartment.
HOUSE KEEPING POLICY
House keeping services during stays will be available upon request with surcharges applies.
Although cleaning service will be provided, we sincerely hope that you will stay in our place just like staying in your own house.
Change in the length or dates of the reservation may result in a rate change. Cancellation policies may vary. There will be NO REFUND and/or PARTIAL REFUND for whatsoever reasons including but not limited to: Flight delays, flight changes/cancellations, Emergency situations or etc.

Kindly speak to us directly if you have any issue and complaint in relation to the apartment. We will assist you with our best effort.
**We do not accept any Liability on any personal injuries, accidents , damages or losses to Guests' personal belongings sustained in the apartment or within the apartment area . However, We will provide any necessary assistant if it's required
