Renovated in 2017, this cottage is yards from the sea. Very sunny, bright and peaceful. Open plan ground floor with sitting area, kitchen/dining area and shower room. Spiral stair up to first floor bedroom and study area with sea views. Lovely private patio garden.

The space
The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and 2-ring electric hob. There is a wood-burning stove in the living area and the cottage also has central heating. Sheets and towels are provided.

Guest access
Guest access to the whole cottage and patio area in back garden.

Other things to note
The spiral stair giving access to the first floor bedroom is 60cm wide and is probably not suitable for guests with any mobility problems. Likewise, the from door opens onto a small stone platt and steps which needs care.

Cellardyke, Scotland, United Kingdom

The adjoining village of Anstruther has many shops, fish and chip restaurants, cafe and bars. Cellardyke is on the Fife Coastal Path which is ideal for exploring the other fishing villages nearby. I am a retired architect and have been living in Cellardyke for 10 years. I enjoy walking, yoga, gardening, cooking, cinema and art and music. I like all my air bnb guests because they seem to really appreciate the cottage, which we think is beautiful too.
