Had a great night in Santa Marinella, staying at Federico's accomodation. We enjoyed the walk into the town, and met some lovely people there. The apartment was very well equipped, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast supplies were amazing! I wish we could have stayed for longer! Grazie mille!

Federico and his house were both lovely! He met us at the train station and drove us to the place, but it was easily walkable to the train and the beach! We enjoyed the breakfast food he left and love the town! Grazie!

We had a good time in this house and enjoyed the big space inside and outside (balcony, terrace, garden). Federico was very helpful, if we had questions, easy and good communication. The House is quite near the station (very useful for us). We hope to come again!

Federico is an excellent host! He made us feel very welcome! The apartment was a little disappointing in that it was in a kind of complicated to access building, at least for us! We felt like we hate to walk through a maze to get to it. But I guess that's due a lot to our unfamiliarity with the particular area. There was no WIFI and we had no cell service suddenly. The apartment was in an area basically empty of inhabitants. So we were bit concerned in case we needed emergency services. Fortunately that didn't happen. We were there for three days so, we finally were able to traverse the area confidently! The washer in the apartment was not functioning. That was the only drawback other than the lack of WIFI.

Federico made us feel quite welcome. He is a fine gentleman. The address of his place wasn't in out GPS so we contacted him and he met us where we were and drove us to the apartment. He brought us snacks and even a bottle of wine. He informed us that there was a plumbing problem at the original place so we went to an alternate apartment. The accommodations were quite acceptable. We were within walking distance to the beach and local restaurants and stores.

We had a lovely stay at Federico's Villa Villino. The place is exactly as described and true to the photos. A nice walk away from the beach (around 10 minute stroll if not less), a very clean and tidy place, in a gated, safe area, more than big enough for a couple (there were just 2 of us) but also a second bedroom for anyone with children which makes it very good value for money compared to hotels in the area. We really appreciated Federico picking us up from the station as well and it not posing a problem that we had to arrive quite late. The fact we did arrive so late made us even more thankful for the fact that we found Federico had provided various breakfast options for us when we looked in the fridge such as bacon, eggs, jams, butter, bread, milk, fruit juices, water, breakfast cake snacks and a great chocolate muesli that we don't get in the UK :) as well as tea and coffee, plus other food basics if we wanted to cook there. Great stay and would stay again, grazie Federico.
