Its Location is prime for all the hot sights in the city center (i.e. MEN arena, Manchester United, Manchester City Football Clubs). yet the right distance away from the hustle and bustle of the City. There are a vast array of local amenities to choose from, i.e. supermarkets, take aways, pubs. Walking Distance From Deansgate, Printworks etc.
The apartment which is on the 3rd floor comes with a large open plan living space as well as 2 double bedrooms and a good sized balcony. A1 location as the property is next to Asda, selection of Take Aways and and very close to the city centre, Deansgate bars and restaurants a 5 minute walk. Good Transport Links. Code will be given for entrance and a wifi password.
The Apartment consists of 2 Double bedrooms a bathroom and open plan living room with kitchen. 2 Cushions on each bed. 13.5 tog duvet. All appliances are available, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Electric Hob and Oven, Towels, Iron with board and Cutlery.
There are 2 Entrances to the Apartment, dependent if you have a car or not. If you do not then it is accessible from the Main door of the building, you will require the code to enter. Vehicle entrance is on the side of the building on Boston Street, The gate is opened with a fob which will be inside the property. There is allocated space for this flat which you will have to adhere to. There will be a permit badge that needs to be displayed on the vehicle when parked which will also be in the Apartment at arrival. The lift will take you to the apartment from the underground car park. The Apartment entrance is accessible by a code which will be sent to you upon booking. So in total you will receive 2 Codes and wifi password.

The location is great for access into town and major motorway links, with the M60 ringway a few miles away, Manchester Airport is only 7 miles away. The building is Off Hulme high street which has many take aways, newsagents, gym etc. Multicultural area with people from all walks of life, from students, couples, professionals residing locally. Other attractions such as, Old Trafford Football Ground (2 miles away), Etihad Stadium (4 miles away) Manchester City dentre ( less than a mile away) Deansgate bars and restraunts are only a few minutes walk.
As mentioned Parking is secure and guranteed. M60 is a few miles away and Manchester Airport 6,7 miles. There is a Bus stop into town outside the building. If you have a car then all Main attractions are very local.
Parking is very strict and you have to park in the allocated spot which are all numbered. Your number will be on the permit. There is 24 hour cctv in operation.
