Room in a home

Your own room in a home, plus access to shared spaces.
Comfortable room, friendly interactive host happy to share what is locally available, ie: water sports, swimming, biking, kayaking, SUPing, sculpture trail, vineyards, local market etc. I have two bikes for use. These are not ebikes. Please note the water is a few minutes walk from our house.

The space
The rooms are not large but the beds are and they are very comfortable. You can use the dining room, lounge, kitchen and deck areas. I have three private rooms so you can choose to book others if needed at an additional cost.

Guest access
You can park inside the property either on the lawn or in the driveway. Access to your room is through the house.

Hi, I'm Carol. I am retired and enjoy gardening, biking, walking and swimming in this beautiful place.

Other things to note
I am happy for you to use the kitchen to make yourself tea/coffee and toast in the mornings.
We have a rule that there is to be no vaping in the rooms.

Where you’ll be

This is a small village, completely flat with one general store which also serves coffees, pies, fish and chips etc. This is 2-3 minute walk from our house. The local swimming beach is just a few minutes walk from our house. There are three playground areas, a pontoon, library, tennis courts etc.

I’m happy to spend time with my guests or give them space
Grandparent.. Enjoy the quiet life: swimming, biking, kayaking, reading, gardening. Also enjoy people coming to stay or visit. I love being able to grow my own vegetables. I love living in Point Wells and having time to enjoy it and all it has to offer, especially in summer. Omaha is also wonderful for swimming and just a 15 minute bike ride away.
