No parties or events
Check in time is 3PM - 10PM

Be respectful to neighbors. Some of them have lived there for over 50 years. This is their neighborhood as well as mine.

Quiet hours after 10 pm--especially weekdays. To be strictly observed.
No loud house parties. Keep parties quiet and don't leak the party outside where neighbors can be bugged. Loud laughing at 2 am won't be tolerated.

Obviously no smoking in the house. If you have to smoke, smoke outside and please clean up your cigarettes, ashes, etc. I don't want to find them on the porch or lawn.

NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES. I have a zero tolerance for anything illegal and will report anything I see or find.

Clean up after yourselves. If something spills clean it up immediately. If you have an accident in the bathroom, clean up the toilet. Nobody likes other people's toilet remnants.

Have fun and relax and obey the rules. You will be very comfortable here and if there is anything more you need/have questions about please let me know.

Location is perfect for anyone who needs to attend a meeting at one of the downtown hotels. This house is just 3 blocks away from almost all of them. A Starbucks is half a block away. The TV is connected to a DVD player, but not cable, apparently? Internet was strong and fast. House was immaculate. This is an older house, but the kitchen, bathroom, and flooring look recently redone. Living area is about the size of a breakfast nook. Owner was conscientious and welcoming.

Camille's place was immaculate and really comfortable for several days in town. Very quiet. It may have been the most comfortable bed that I've ever slept in and we appreciated the highly efficient climate control and lovely water pressure. It was convenient to walk to downtown and restaurants and the green bikes were easy to use to get further afield since we didn't have a car. Parking would not have been a problem at all. If you are fussy about morning coffee you might bring k-pods. The neighborhood is not (yet?) gentrified. Would definitely return!

Camille's home is absolutely charming! It has old house character, but with modern updates. The kitchen was my favorite! Everything was very clean and cozy. I will say, having never been to salt lake before...we were not expecting to be in such a rough neighborhood. The house sits directly across from an adult video store, there are a lot of random people walking by, and other than the couple other house next to this one, it is in a very industrial area. We were fairly shocked at the amount of homeless people around within the surrounding blocks. It probably wouldn't have bothered us, but we were traveling with small kids and lots of gear in our car that we felt like needed to be unloaded each time we came in. Overall, it would be a great place to stay if city life and all that entails doesn't bother you, and you're wanting a REALLY CUTE place to stay!

Camille's place was so lovely. Exactly as advertised and more. Everything was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Downtown is a short walk away and the highway is a right down the road. The neighbors are so friendly and very helpful. They recommended a few spots for us to visit. A group of my friends (six in total) reunited in SLC and this Airbnb made that possible. Fitting six comfortably isn't always easy, but this place was perfect. Thanks again!
