Located just 2 blocks off Bourbon, this listing is for 2 connected, well appointed, modern condos located at 334 Carondolet. Our condo is just 2 blocks to the French Quarter!! It is also central to all the main attractions, including Harrah's Casino, the Superdome, and the Convention Center. Union Lofts is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Parking garage right next door!

The space

After 20 years of frequenting New Orleans ourselves we found our happy place and we want to share it with you too! Our home is walking distance from world-renowned restaurants, Mardi-Gras parade routes, the Riverwalk, and tourist attractions such as Bourbon St., Jackson Square and The French Market. Guests are only 5 blocks from the Mercedes Benz Superdome and Arena, and 6 blocks from Harrah's Casino. Take a short uber/taxi ride to The Convention Center. This location beats any place we've ever stayed in NOLA. It is so central whether you are there for a convention, for a concert, a game, or to party on Bourbon. You are in the safest place with the cleanest street, and only steps away from the action!

When you walk into the FIRST of TWO connected modern lofts, you will be greeted by tall windows across the entire back of the condo. Immediately to your right will be the first queen bedroom, that has access to the hall full bath. This room has two locking doors for the most privacy in the condo. Further down the hall, you will find the living area, with mid-century furniture, large LED television, and an open concept kitchen. Adjacent to the living area are the other two bedrooms, one king and one queen. The king bedroom has access to another full bath. These two bedrooms off the living area are separated by sliding, translucent walls that can close off or open up, according to your preference. Each room has its own large LED television, and all lights, including lamps, can be controlled with the wall switch. This three bedroom unit sleeps 6 adults comfortably and two additional roll-away twin beds will accommodate 2 more if necessary.

When you walk into the SECOND of TWO modern lofts that make up this 5 bedroom listing, you will again be greeted by tall windows across the entire back of the condo. Immediately to your left will be the first bedroom (queen), with a large LED smart TV and has access to the hall full bath. This room has two locking doors for the most privacy in this side of the two condo listing. Further down the hall, you will find a second living area, with mid-century furniture, two couches, a lounge chair, large LED smart television, and another open concept kitchen! Adjacent to the living area is another bedroom with a king bed. The king bedroom has access to another full bath. This king bedroom off the living area is separated by sliding, translucent walls that can close off or open up, according to your preference. Each room has its own large LED television, and all lights, including lamps, can be controlled with the wall switch. This additional two bedroom unit sleeps 4 more adults comfortably and two additional luxury roll-away twin beds with memory foam mattresses will accommodate 2 more if necessary. With so much open space and yet so much privacy, you are sure to enjoy this condo experience with all of your friends and family!!!

PROPERTY AMENITIES:
Please keep in mind that as our guest you are free to use any available amenities, however the building management reserves the right to control access to those amenities.

All amenities are located on the 5th floor. There is an outside lounge/deck with a grill, a small indoor lounge area, and a small area with fitness equipment. The hot tub is broken and not included in the listing or rental.

We ask that you respect any posted rules and specific hours. If we are notified of any disrespectful behavior, it will probably result in the termination of your stay without a refund. And a reminder, NO PARTIES anywhere on the property and quiet time is 10pm until 8am.

Interaction with guests

The owners are not directly affiliated with the building staff, so the staff will not be able to assist you. If a problem arises, and you have a housekeeping or maintenance problem, please call Aaron. The owner will do his best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Other things to note

Provided in Kitchen: Dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, some cooking supplies, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, light bulbs, and dish soap.

Provided in Bathrooms: Bath and hand towels, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and one hair dryer.

Provided in Bedrooms: Linens, comforter, and blanket. Linens for both roll away beds will be available in the large supply closet.

Provided in Laundry: Laundry soap, dryer sheets, stain remover spray, clothes iron, and ironing board.

*Extra supplies may be found in the lower cabinets and supply closets. Locked cabinets or closets are for maintenance and cleaning crews only.

HOUSE RULES
Please Read Our House Rules Carefully.

1 NO PARTIES anywhere on the property. Guests should only access condo on floor 2 and not access other areas designated for owners only. Guests should abide by any signs posted by building staff. Disturbing behavior may result in the loss of your security deposit. Legal action will be taken for parties that cause damages to the unit, property, reputation, or relationship with building staff or residents. Quiet time is 10p-8am.

2 NO SMOKING in the unit or on the property.

3 The booked guest is responsible for actions of ALL GUESTS occupying the property at all times, and must be staying at condo.

4 You agree to return all key fobs (building access devices.) It is very important for the next guest that all 6 remotes are returned. You agree to pay up to $250 for lost key fob replacement.

5 You agree to keep occupancy at 12 persons or less.

6 You agree that onsite building staff is not affiliated with this rental. Please contact your host for any needs.

7 No pets allowed.

8 DO NOT set items on cook-top unless cooking, due to fire hazard. If the cook-top is needed you must go to the electrical panel located near the bathroom entrance in the bedroom closest to the kitchen and turn the breaker to the on position. When you are finished cooking, immediately turn the breaker back to the off position.

9 You agree that the owners are authorized to charge your credit card for excessive damages, cleaning, or unauthorized late check-outs or early check-ins.

10 You are responsible for all contents in the unit from check-in until check-out.

You can't ask for a better location in terms of proximity to Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. (2-1/2 blocks straight shot to Canal Street and crossover to enter Bourbon Street.) The rooms were modern, well appointed, and clean. Aaron was very helpful as well, as we arrived early and he helped situate us in one of the rooms so we could get out and do our thing. Highly recommend considering this option on your next stay in New Orleans.

The two apartments I rented from Aaron and Gina more than exceeded expectations. Very comfortable for my group of 10 people. Seamless check-in/check-out process. Easy communication with the host (via text). Great amenities, prime locale (literally blocks from Bourbon Street). I honestly can't imagine having pulled this off for such a large group any other way. I highly recommend Aaron and Gina's southern hospitality and would most definitely contact them once again when I'm back in town. Thanks again! :)

Loved our stay! Short walk to Bourbon St and always felt safe in the area. On the quieter side of town but at the same time very close to nightlife. Aaron was great at communicating and answering my questions.

Great apartment, stayed for two nights with 10 people and unit was spacious, clean, and had actually comfortable beds. Location is also ideal, a two minute walk to Canal/Bourbon St. Host (Aaron) was very helpful and accommodating prior to, during, and after the trip. Highly recommend.
