House rules
The host doesn’t allow pets, parties, or smoking.
Mother-in-Law suite with private deck, full kitchen, and bathroom. Newly renovated guest space on the bottom floor of our house. The only access point is from the outside, so it truly is private. Great for business travelers, couples, or small families.

The space is a 12 minute drive to downtown or 9 min drive to the Domain. Obviously, traffic can vary. The Arboretum is walking distance with plenty of shopping, restaurants, Trader Joes, Starbucks, etc...

The space
We are on the edge of the Great Hills neighborhood and walking distance to the Austin Arboretum full of shopping and restaurants.

Note: We have a strict no smoking policy anywhere on the property including the balcony.

Other things to note
Check-in is super easy. We will send your own access code a day or two before your arrival date that will be active at 3 PM on your check-in day. We change the code after each guest.

The space also has its own quiet AC/heater unit. Guest has control of the temperature and there is no shared airflow with the house.
