Large bathroom with walk in shower. Perfect for wheel chair user. Kitchen not adapted but very functional. Fridge stocked with basic supplies; help yourselves.
Washer/Dryer on site and free wireless.
Within walking distance to 2 metro stations (Vendôme and St-Henri) and to the popular Atwater Market, to the Lachine canal, bike paths and restaurants.
Comfortable bed; large bathroom with walk in/roll in shower. Accessible for wheelchair users with some ability to transfer independently.
Washer/Dryer and free wireless. Working kitchen with most standard appliances.
There is a flower garden with a small fish pond and a green lane full of flowering fruit trees to enjoy.
Full access: Guests are welcome to make themselves feel at home. The fridge will be stocked with a few basics.
Keypad entry. Neighbour Martine is available to provide assistance of any kind.
A home safe can also be made available upon request.
Interaction with guests
My neighbour Martine will greet you and assist with anything you might need.
My 2 indoor cats Casey and Minnie Mouse will be there during your stay unless you prefer not to have any interaction. Martine can either take them or tend to their needs onsite if you prefer.
There is a 'dépanneur' or convenience store across the street where you can buy beer, wine, milk, etc.
Other things to note
Road construction is a regular summertime feature in Montreal and this area is no exception. Street parking is limited at times but there is a reserved space for disabled drivers (permit/sticker required).
Street parking is available and a nearby Home Depot parking lot can be used in a pinch.
No wild parties.
Please ensure that both front and back doors are locked when out of apartment.
