Very nice place full of neat antiques and a part of local history. Close to all the cool places in Milton and a short drive to the shore points.

This is not your typical vacation rental. It is quirky, in a very fun and imaginative way. The decor, coupled with the age and architecture of the home provided an adventure in every room! It is apparent that great thought has been given to providing the utmost comfort to the guests. The gardens, porches and decks added another level of enjoyment. I found myself wandering from one area to another to take in all that each had to offer. I can't thank Barry enough for allowing us to enjoy such a wonderful experience! We certainly look forward to a return trip.

We had a great stay!! It was perfect for a day trip to the beach and to visit the Dogfish Head brewery. The house was perfectly cozy and clean and exactly what my friends and I needed for the weekend!

This booking was our first with airbnb and we can't say enough about how happy we are with our host, Barry, and the truly lovely accommodations. Hurricane Irma was a potential threat early on & we were concerned about cancellation/weather issues. Barry couldn't have been kinder & graciously allowed us flexibility. The house was beautiful... extremely well appointed with every convenience (and then some!) and the grounds were lovely as well. It was a perfect spot, close to beaches & the town of Milton is just great. Perfect host & perfect accommodations....what more could one ask for? Charlie & Tonia

House was charming and comfortable. For us it was a unique experience being in such an old building. Loved all the collections and the little town. A repeat trip would be welcomed by all three of us.

Beautiful and warm historic house. Communication, description, cleanliness, were all top notch. The interior and grounds are an experience unto themselves. The location is a short walk to downtown Milton and a very short drive to Dogfish Head Brewery and additional quality restaurants.
