The location of this apartment is at the Orange Square in the heart of the Old Town of Marbella which is full of history and interesting things to see, eat, drink and enjoy. The beach is 5 minutes away. It can't get better!!!
This flat/apartment is a complete home in itself. It is a furnished apartment consisting of a large bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a typical Andalusian balcony. It is a self-catering apartment with all the necessary living amenities. The kitchen has an electric cooker and stove, a microwave, a toaster, a fridge, a washing machine, plates, mugs, cutlery, etc.
The living room is large enough to accommodate the sitting area and a round dining table. It also has a flat screen TV and a music system. There is also a combined heater-air conditioner in the living room for the whole apartment which is operated by a Remote Control. Depending on the season you just have to decide whether you want a cool or warm temperature. This living room can be turned into a second bedroom when the sofa bed is opened and used as a double bed at night.
Guests have access to all the amenities in the flat.
Interaction with guests
For enquiries and reservations guest(s) will communicate directly with the host via the Airbnb correspondence system. After the check-in the housekeeper living on the same floor will be the first port of call to address any serious issue(s) needing immediate attention. In addition the host will be available to support guest(s) via distance communication (AirBnB and text messages. A direct phone number will be provided to guest(s) for this purpose.
Other things to note
Many major cities and towns in Spain can be reached by buses or coaches from the Central Bus Station in Marbella. This bus station is a good place to go to if you want to find out how you can maximise your visit to interesting places by bus or coach. Bear in mind that the Marbella Bus Station is located on the outskirt of the town, up towards the mountain. You go there either by local bus or taxi.
1.) In case of any difficulty in connection with your stay, please communicate with us. You can do this either by talking to the housekeeper who lives nearby or contacting the host via mobile phone or the Airbnb correspondence system. A direct mobile/cell phone number will be provided to the guest(s) just prior to checking-in.
2.) We expect tenants to keep the place reasonably tidy and use its facilities appropriately.
3.) As there are other apartments in the building, please desist from playing music or TV loud at night.
4.) Please replace any item in the apartment accidentally damaged by you and inform us about the replacement so that we can update our inventory list.
5.) Always ensure that you take your keys with you every time you go out of the flat as the main door just locks itself once you close it. So never lock yourself unless there is somebody inside.
6.) Smoking is allowed only in the balcony.
7.) When checking-out on your last day, please ensure:
- the TV and music systems are switched off
- the air-conditioner is switched off
- the cooker and oven are switched off
- you have not forgotten any of your items in the flat
