Welcome to my Airbnb! I am very excited for you to stay here and hope that you enjoy your time in the Piedmont Triad area. Please feel free to let me know if you need anything or if you have any concerns. I am here to assist you in any way that I can.

House Rules

I have created this house rules sheet to ensure that you can fully enjoy your stay in my Airbnb rental while also respecting the home and neighborhood. Following these rules will greatly help me as Airbnb hosts by making sure the home is taken care of during your stay. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions regarding the items mentioned in this document.

Overview

I ask that you treat my Airbnb rental as if it were your own property. Please be aware of the condition of items in the house, and if you notice anything broken when you arrive, contact us to let us know.

I also ask that you watch noise levels at night, as I have a close relationship with my neighbors and do not want to cause any problems.

Parking

Please park all vehicles in the driveway as there is plenty of parking for multiple cars. No street parking allowed, if you have a large number of guests visiting, please park at the Food Lion and car pool to the house. This is your designated parking area. Parking here will ensure that you can easily come and go as you please.

Locking Up
Remember to lock up when you leave and at night. This is for your safety! Although our rental is in a safe neighborhood, we take security very seriously.

Smoking
The home is a non-smoking environment. Please smoke outside and dispose of your cigarettes in the trash. I appreciate your compliance!

Trash Disposal
You will find the trash can to the left of the kitchen sink. When the trash can is full, please remove the trash bag and take it them to the larger trash cans in the garage. Trash gets picked up by the city every week.

Dishes
Please load the dishwasher prior to checking out if you have used any dishes. I will run the dishwasher.

Extra Guests
Although I do not mind if you invite friends over to visit my home, please keep the number of guests to a limited amount. I do not allow unauthorized guests to sleep here. Please do not allow extra guests to sleep at the Airbnb unless previously agreed upon when you booked the rental.

Parties or Events
We do not allow guests to throw parties or events in our home unless agreed upon during the booking process. Please be sure that extra guests leave by 1 am. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors.

Pets
We do allow pets with an additional pet fee. Pets are not allowed to sleep on the brand new beds, please crate them when you leave them unattended in the house.

Broken Items
If for any reason you break an item during your stay, please let me know. I understand that accidents happen, but in order for me to fix or replace something for a future guest to enjoy, I will need to know that it is broken. I appreciate your honesty.

Checking Out
Please check out of our Airbnb rental by noon. Checking out by this time ensures that I have enough time to clean the place and get it ready for our next guest. Let me know if this is going to be a problem so we can plan accordingly.

When you check out, please lock all doors and use the door code to lock up the front door as well.

The house is in a gated community, so it was very quiet and well maintained. It was 10 - 15 minutes away from shopping and restaurants and 20 minutes from downtown Winston-Salem. Eleven of us stayed there for a tennis tournament and there were enough beds for all of us so no one had to share. With 5 and a half bathrooms no one had to wait very long to take a shower after a long day of tennis, which was especially welcome. Stephanie and Tammy were very responsive to our questions.

Stephanie and Henry were absolutely awesome host! My fiancé and I were in Clemmons for our wedding weekend. They were kind enough to permit us to use their beautiful home for our reception! This was a life-saver for us after we had an absolutely horrible experience with another host who attempted to 'shake us down' days before the wedding for more $$$. Stephanie and Henry made themselves available multiple times to ensure our stay was comfortable. The home was majestic and the property is fabulous. Many of our guest were positively taken back by the house and complimented many of its attributes, including the private theatre downstairs. The neighborhood is quiet too. After 3 nights and 4 days there we didn't want to leave! Huge thanks and appreciation to Stephanie and Henry for making our weekend so special! God bless you both!

This home was the perfect place for a group of family and friends coming to town to spend time together. It is incredibly spacious and comfortable, with large communal areas both inside and outside. The house is stunning and well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. The host was incredibly responsive and flexible. I highly recommend this home and would love to book again if we are ever in the area again.

My first Airbnb experience was in Newport, OR on the coast with black pebble beaches, AMAZING! I have had many great stays ever since.

Must haves: travel & new adventures, good food and new friends!

1) The Hudson House located in Kerrville, TX (the heart of the Hill Country), wineries, Folk Festival, Camp Waldemar!
2) The Watson House located in the triad area of North Carolina! Stay here for the annual High Point Market Days, National Folk Festival, Golf tournaments, #WFU, #HPU.
3) The Frushon House located in Monument, CO great to visit Pikes Peak and all of the exciting Air Force Academy events (local hotels sell out of rooms each year for these events).
