We were thoroughly charmed & felt right at home in Grace’s cottage. It was like stepping into a fairytale that your great grandmother had invited you to - whimsy, cozy & charming! So many thoughtful touches through the home, great communication & Tom’s welcoming demeanor were top notch! We would love to travel back some day to stay longer! Highly recommend!

Perfect little thatch out in Thurles. Quiet, peaceful and exactly what we needed for some rest and relaxation. Fresh baked scones for the morning, wine gifted for the night, this was a great spot with great hospitality that I highly recommend.

This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. Communication with Grace was perfect from start to finish. The only thing I'm sad about is only having one night there. Highly recommend staying a few days! The cottage is beautiful. Grace has done an exceptional job with extra touches, such as wine and scones on arrival, board games and lovely warm fire lit. I happily recommend and hope to return. Thanks again Grace!

Fabulous stay at your thatched cottage. It has been our favorite Airbnb so far. We would love to return when weather a bit more mild to enjoy sitting outside. Attention to detail and inclusion of special treats to welcome guests is wonderful. This a real gem of a place. Fantastic hospitality and history honored by hosts. Delightful place!!!

Grace is a wonderful host and we absolutely loved the thatch roof cottage! Grace was there when we arrived to show us around the place and help us with any questions we had. It being our honeymoon, she even had a bottle of prosecco waiting for us which was very nice of her! The homemade scones were incredible and worth the price alone. We would definitely recommend staying here! It felt about as authentic as it could possibly be to live as the Irish once did while still enjoying all the amenities of today.
