This open plan apartment is large but cosy (58m2), and has loads of character - loft-style bedroom, bathroom, internal laundry, walk-in-robe and a sunny rooftop terrace. Fully furnished with everything you’ll need, the apartment is in a two storey, 80 year old converted textile warehouse.

Located in the heart of Brisbane's cultural hub, and a 2 minute trip the City.

The space

This open plan apartment is large with high ceilings (58m2), and has loads of character - freshly painted with a loft-style bedroom, bathroom, internal laundry, walk-in-robe and a sunny (communal) rooftop terrace. Apartment has a private entrance off the laneway and is in a small two storey, 80 year old converted textile warehouse. Still has original floors with brass plates, brick walls running through the apartment.

Fully furnished with everything you’ll need: all new kitchen appliances, cookware, crockery, cutlery, oven, stovetop, coffee machine, washing machine, dryer, fridge, couch, dining etc. Large furnished bedroom and walk in robe.

Great location – close proximity to Brisbane CBD (15 minute walk), 2 minutes from the train, a few minutes walk to the ferry terminal and bus stop outside your front door.

With a coffee shop in the building, the apartment is located directly in the heart of Brisbane’s cultural hub – Fortitude Valley. Walk to the Powerhouse, Chinatown, New Farm Park, river walk, bars, shops, nightlife and cafés.

If a 6 or 12 month stay is required - we don't use a real estate agent – just two humble owners! (2 weeks in advance + 4 weeks bond, RTA tenancy agreement provided. Parking permits for adjacent streets available)

I had a good experience staying at Kylie's place. The apartment is really central in the valley and is close to shops, bars, cafe's and public transport which is great for those who don't have a car. City cycles are everywhere and there were some close to the apartment. The apartment was comfortable, tidy and private with an artistic and rustic vibe. Kylie was lovely and responsive and made an effort to look after the place while I stayed there.

"My partner and I had a lovely and comfortable stay. The loft apartment has great character and style. It helped that is was well equipped with all kitchen needs, air con - (much needed!), digital tv and laundry. The location is fantastic as we were able to walk to great restaurants and James Street markets, it's 5 minutes from the CBD and right next to a train station. Kylie was wonderful to deal with and very accommodating. I would recommend"

Right in the heart of Fortitude Valley/China Town/Brunswick St..(so many good places to eat and go out!) The apartment itself is super funky and hidden down a quiet alley. HIGHLY recommend this place!
