You will love my place because it’s airy and big, it's actually two rooms joined in one. vibrant neighborhood & restaurant culture. Perfect if you are looking for a Brooklyn experience, for curious souls and working professionals who come here for work and want a laid back experience. You will love the location, no need to walk to the subway, the L train is right on the corner, easy to get to Manhattan.
And also, my apartment is 420 friendly
I’m offering a large, airy and sunny space in a classic Brooklyn ‘rail-road style’ apartment, which means, a rather long apartment with two separate entrances at both ends.
The space is 420 friendly, and shared with me, one female host who has no pets, no children and no other roommates.
This is a secure and chill building, with only two apartments per floor, with like-minded tenants who have lived in the building for many years like myself. The apartment is on the fourth (top) floor. It’s a walkup, with three flights of stairs.
There is a queen sized bed, a twin-size sleeping-cot for one person, and also there's a queen-size air-mattress available.
You have your own closet space in the room.
Your space consists of two attached large rooms, big enough to eat there too: it’s equipped with a breakfast/dining/work table with two chairs, a mini-fridge, electric kettle, coffee machine and toaster.
Both our spaces are located at opposite ends of the apartment. Each has their own separate entrance, allowing for privacy, and for easy access to the shared bathroom and main kitchen-dining area, which are shared, and you have to access it through the main hallway. If I'm not in my room, you are welcome to walk through it, but if I am, I prefer you use the main hallway.
Interaction with guests
I work from home most days. I am here to answer any questions you have and will gladly interact with you, but I will be out of your way and doing my own thing at my side of the apartment, unless you need something. Having had said that, I’m also open to share from time to time, be it during a meal or cooking. I sometimes bake gluten free stuff. The celiac thing isn’t a big deal, please feel free to cook whenever you want to. The kitchen is ready and equipped for you. I am not vegan or vegetarian, but you can be, and again, prepare whatever you please.
