The space

96m2 beautifully renovated apartment on the first floor of a medieval building in the quiet Golebia Street.
The entrance hall greets you with a stained-glass window, next is the living room, tastefully decorated with a fully equipped kitchenette and sofa bed, where attention is attracted by old structural beams and a large tiled stove from the nineteenth century. The master bedroom is spacious and bright, with exposed Gothic arches and an old Victorian fireplace and a large double bed. Paul's place in Krakow is simply stunning. A luxurious amount of space throughout with a beautiful modern bathroom, a simply but perfectly equipped kitchen area. Very comfortable and well heated. While the pictures are very good... it is even more lovely than it appears! I cannot imagine there being a better location in Krakow, particularly for tourists. Only steps away from the main square, a short walk to the Castle... and plenty of interest in between. Both Paul and the on-site staff made themselves very accessible by email. Our flight was late arriving so we were very late checking in... and still received a most gracious welcome from Ania; a tremendous start to our holiday. Very highly recommend Paul's place!

We had a wonderful stay at Paul's flat. The flat is simply BEAUTIFUL. We will definitely be back and will recommend to anyone. The location couldn't be better, the flat is better than in the photos, and Anna was very kind and knowledgeable. Thanks for a beautiful stay. Ps. We also stayed with a 7 month old and were accommodated with a crib upon request.

The apartment was great. It is as big as it looks in the photos and it was very clean and well fitted out with everything you need. Location was excellent with a very short walk to the main square. Paul and his team were excellent and delivered a high quality service from the initial booking right through to our departure. Really enjoyed it and would definitely stay in this apartment again.

We were 2 ladies on a city break and we had 4 nights in this wonderful apartment. I can only echo previous compliments and comments. We were met by a delightful Polish girl who spoke fluent English and she went out of her way to make us feel welcome. We had everything we needed and we were minutes away from the main square, such a bonus. Correspondence with the owner was always extremely prompt and helpful. A real find. Naomi and Margaret

Great and spacy apartment, just a step away from the central market place Rynek Glowny. Easy going check in and check out. Very clean and all the neccessary equipment is there. The restaurant list from the owner is great, some very nice restaurants are very close to the apartment. We just had a great time in Cracow

Response from Paul:
Thanks for the useful comments. I will communicate the relevant telephone numbers in the future as well as install a WiFi front door bell. Sorry you had to wait around at all.

My name is Paul and I am in the process of developing what was the property of my father and my grandmother before him. It is gradually being transformed from a decrepit building into refurbished apartments in central Kraków.

I am a retired Consultant Anaesthetist and I also farm Aberdeen Angus cattle in Ireland, where I enjoy bee-keeping and gardening.

I was brought up in England and went to Medical School at Leeds University. I now speak a little French and Polish but understanding both of them, when spoken, is usually still very hard.

Eating-out has long been a "hobby" of mine so I am now lucky that there are over 1000 places to eat in Kraków!
