Quaint beach house, a brightly lit log cabin. On a very large lot, with a creek flowing through it, and 5 houses to the beach down a gravel/sand lane. 25 yards from a surfboard rental shop and 300 yards from "downtown" Stinson Beach, either walking on the beach or a short stroll down Rte 1. So it's one of the best locations in town to walk comfortably to everything, including the market, restaurants, the beach, you name it.

Stay was great. Just what we needed after a busy week in the city. We had an amazing time at Timothy's and would definitely do it again

We had such a wonderful long weekend at Tim's beach cabin! It is located in a quiet street that leads to the beach, and it is far enough from the main road that you hear waves, not cars. Our kids loved playing in the creek next to the property, hanging out in the large back yard filled with wildflowers, and of course the beach. The outdoor shower came in handy! The cabin was clean, well equipped and very welcoming. We enjoyed the creative decor. There was plenty of room for two families, with two queen beds and one bunk (three kids). We lit fires each night in the outside fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, and there is also a wood-burning stove inside for colder evening. It's an easy walk along the beach to the Parkside cafe for morning coffee, brunch, pastries, dinner or take away pizza and a gourmet marketplace. There are other cafes in town as well as a small stripe and book shop. Our group enjoyed the incredible landscape of Marin too - bike rides up mount Tam, trail running and long walks on the beach. Fantastic weekend away - we'll be back!
