Hi Isa! Thank you for your feedback, and we are sorry to hear you had a few issues during your stay. Please note we take all reviews seriously, and will try our best to accommodate all guests needs.
Locating our property: We sent you a full check in guide a day before you arrived with instructions on how to find the place (including nearby landmarks, etc.) so we encourage all our guests to read the guide thoroughly as it describes exactly how to locate our property.
Gaps: It is important to report to us immediately if there are any leaks in the room, especially during heavy rain as there was no mention at all during our communication with you that this was an issue. In the future, please feel free to inform us right away so that we can address all issues promptly.
Neighborhood: Since the property is located in a residential and rural area, it is very common like most places around the island to hear animal noises as this is part of the natural landscape and far away from the city.
WIFI: On our listing and in our check-in guide, we explicitly state: Due to the undeveloped nature of San Vicente our 3G WiFi service may not be reliable. The wireless internet just like other rural parts of the Philippines can be intermittent and sometimes be down for a few hours at a time. We will provide internet for free on a best effort basis.
We are glad to hear you were happy with the location and beach access, and that the air condition provided you comfort during your stay. We hope our responses give you a better understanding of the place as the island of Palawan is generally provincial, natural and untouched which is ultimately the appeal of life outside the busy city :)
