An older style property with lovely seaside views from the sunny front verandah. A short walk to shops and amenities. House is very cosy with warm heaters and very comfy beds.

Unusual quirky property in a great location opposite beach in lovely Penguin, a sleepy coastal location in Tasmania..Bathroom needs attention as does general ambience to create value for money.

The Seaview Cottage was an excellent choice for NW Tassie. It was close to Burnie, and a nice drive up to Stanley for a day trip. The house was very clean, had lots of amenities and was perfect for our young family. It is quite large, with lots of living space and comfy couches. The sunroom at the front of the house faces the beach - we spent lots of time in there soaking up the rays with a glass of wine! Great communication with Heather, and easy access to the house. Would highly recommend to anyone! :) Thanks Heather!

We stayed in Heather and Deacon's lovely home in Penguin for two nights. We chose to stay here because of it's views of the water and are so glad that we did as it was a fantastic base to access everything around the Nth West area (assuming you have a vehicle). We spent the Sunday being local Penguinites; having nice coffee at Letterbox and checking out the undercover markets. We planned on ducking in and out of the markets, but ended up chatting for hours. We enjoyed a lovely sunset from the front of the house, however the sunrise from the Three Sisters lookout was even better. Worth the early rise! Also, the Jo & Co. Cafe was a great place to have lunch. We would definitely stay here again.
