Other things to note
Discounts can be available for smaller groups if out of season or last minute.
As we are on a hillside, hence the great views over Totnes, there are some small flights of steps (with handrails) leading to the front door and again at the rear of the property to the sun terrace and washing line area. There is also a small pond in the front garden. Whilst in the garden, supervision of very young children is advised.
The property may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
- We would be very grateful if outdoor shoes could be left in the porch to keep the space beautiful and clean.
