ABOUT THE TOWNHOUSE

From 12th Street, pull in behind the building and into the private 2-car garage. From there, you’ll make your way inside, where polished concrete floors lead the way.

The lower-level bedroom is perfect for adults, couples, or lots of kids with a full-over-full bunk bed. There is also an en suite bath with tiled walk-in shower.

As you make your way up the stairs to the main level, you’ll find a half bath with tiled accent wall and modern, space-saving sink.

Tell stories around the dining table with seating for 6; you are sure to appreciate the slate accent wall in this space.

Stylish and well-stocked, the kitchen is a chef’s dream, with contemporary cabinets, marble counter-tops, and sizable island with 4 bar-stools.

The tasteful furnishings and décor continue into the living room, which is bathed in natural light from the large windows. Unwind on the couch/sleeper sofa and 2 armchairs, surfing the channels on the 55” flat-screen Roku TV.

On the 2nd floor, the casually elegant master bedroom features a queen bed made up with navy, white, and gray bedding, a 32” flat-screen TV, and large walk-in closet. The master’s en suite bath comes with double sinks in the floating vanity and walk-in shower with glass door.

Guests staying in the other 2nd-floor bedroom get a queen bed, walk-in closet, and en suite bath with subway tiled tub/shower combo. A stacked washer/dryer unit is tucked away in a hallway closet.

A final set of stairs lead to the rooftop deck, with panoramic views of downtown Nashville. Sink down into the patio sectional seating, soaking in the views, or get dinner going on gas BBQ grill.

THE LOCATION

You’re in a prime location to reach downtown as well as some of Nashville’s best neighborhoods, including Music Row, The Gulch, and 12 South.

While downtown, check out the cultural and historic sites—Ryman Auditorium and the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum are top of the list. A trip to Nashville wouldn’t be complete without a beer and a little country music at one of the honky tonks on Broadway.

Start your morning with a 3-minute walk to the Jam Coffee House for a good cup of joe. The immediate neighborhood is also home to The Cookery (4 minutes on foot) and Smoothie King (3 minutes on foot).

The campus of Belmont University is within walking distance and Vanderbilt University is under 5 minutes by car.

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.

If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.

Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.

Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
