In any case, to address your main points of concern: I think you did have options for breakfast making, toilet use etc.. during your stay as we offered you to serve yourself bottled mineral water and breakfast items (so water cut was not an obstruction to this).
We did have a water cut in the building for some floors from 9.30 am to 4 pm, which was beyond our control. I did apologize in my first message which, I was a wasap away and did not hear back from you, so I thought you were ok and the cut had not greatly impacted you.
On the cleaning subject; I contacted you to offer cleaning from our maid in your room during your stay out of courtesy, as anyway, we are not charging a cleaning fee. The answer to my message was ambiguous and that is why the cleaner did not access your room.
We tried our best to be there for you at all times and as we do take note on the points raised I wish I had known earlier on how badly the water issue impacted you so that I could have helped you there and then.
