This is a cozy private/independent guest house half a block from Tampa Bay. You can go out and enjoy the spectacular view of Tampa Bay and its historical buildings while you walk, jog, or run. The owner has arranged every single detail so that one has everything needed to be perfectly comfortable in this place. This place looks exactly as it is posted. I would definitely go back if I ever need to go to Tampa again.

Located in an upscale South Tampa residential area. Traveling the Hillsborough Bay fitness trail every day is your health opportunity. Close to downtown Tampa. Parking in Tampa is at a premium. The nearby restaurants give you many choices and some are quite expensive. Take a trip to St. Pete and visit the Salvador Dali Museum.

Great location for walking on Bayshore Boulevard and enjoying the water and sun! The neighborhood is charming with bungalow homes full of charm and Florida tropical flowers and trees. On one of my morning walks, I was lucky enough to watch a family of manatees right off the sidewalk in Tampa Bay feeding! A few minutes later, a dolphin swam by! We Enjoyed the proximity to delicious food. Daily Eats for breakfast was fantastic and quite well priced for a healthy meal. Starbucks was In walking distance too. We walked to Hyde Park Village to check out the dog store, the flower Shoppe and the paper source Shoppe for Hawaiian themed party items for a Hawaiian luau we were attending that evening. Stacie was pleasant and quick to respond to our questions or concerns.
