You will have access to the powdery sands of Saint Petersburg beach via a quiet, 9’ wide palm tree lined private lane with no thru traffic! Walk about and wave to our friendly neighbors, all without the buzz of busy roads.

Three bedrooms have queen beds, the remaining bedroom has twin beds. The master has bay window, walk out double doors to a deck, a large dressing area with an oversized Jacuzzi, double sink and walk-in closet.
A large vaulted great-room with open floor plan provides a central place in the house for all to gather with TV. A den with TV, stereo, computer desk and bar provides a casual area for reveling and relaxing.
The walls are a light sun bleached wood, with large ceiling fans. The centrally-located kitchen has granite counter tops and bar seating, with access to the BBQ grill and outdoor countertops.
For dining and entertaining there are 2 different options inside the house. The large dining room can accommodate up to 12 guests in style, or for a more intimate group dining that seats up to 6 people comfortably. There are several tables and chairs on the patio for outside dining.
The 7 sky windows and floor-to-ceiling windows and doors throughout the house provide natural lighting and views of the sapphire blue Florida skies and spectacular, picture-perfect Gulf Coast sunsets.

This tropical getaway features a medium size main bedroom with a small kitchen and large front room. The main bedroom has a king sized bed, large closet, ample drawer space and single bathroom with shower. There is a Queen Air Mattress available for two more guests and opens easily in the living room space.
This unit features a large flat-screen TV with cable that sits on top of an electric fireplace in the living room, internet along with a large flat screen TV in the Bedroom ***This television has a Blu Ray player attached and if you have a Netflix account you can login and view your favorite shows, it does not have cable.
A sliding glass door opens up to a private deck that seats four. This roof top deck gives you beautiful scenic views to breath taking sunsets over the sandy beaches and warm gulf waters of St. Petersburg and Pass A Grille Beach Florida!
Towels and linens are all included. Nearby activities abound within minutes up and down the beach way. The eclectic Pass-A-Grille center is only a short 15 minute walk south, with restaurants, snack bars, funky gift shops and a pier offering charter fishing excursions on the plentiful Gulf waters.

The historic Don CeSar Hotel is a 10 minute walk up the beach. This 4-star luxury hotel offers access to fine dining, and for a guest fee, use of their health club, yoga classes/pilates classes, World Class Spa and kids game rooms. Rentals of paddle boards and wave runners are available. There is parasailing and volleyball on the beach as well. The pool is available to non-guests Monday-Thursday, depending on hotel occupancy, by purchasing a day pass.
By car it is a 10 minute trip to Fort DeSoto Park and their beautiful private beaches, reported to be one of the 15 finest beaches in the world. Rollerblading, biking, picnic facilities and fishing pier available.
A 15 minute car trip to downtown St. Petersburg offers sidewalk dining at the many restaurants on Beach Ave. Museums, highlighted by the Dali museum and the Chihuly Glass Museum, will satisfy your artistic pallet, and those of your guests.
Tampa International Airport is a 25 minute ride by car or taxi: “From plane to beach in less than ½ hour!”
The house was designed and constructed by the senior Mr. Busch founder of the Anheuser-Busch Brewing Co., and past owner of the St Louis Cardinals. Mr. Busch also designed and developed Busch Gardens, located an hour away in Tampa, something not to be missed. There is also performing arts, JaiLai, and dog racing in Tampa as well.

The Pass-A-Grill Boutique Resort is merely one block away on the bay, for Boat docking the fee is $45 a day. Use of the amenities which include pool, expansive sunning deck with lounge chairs and tables, outdoor grilling kitchen , flat screen TV and seating is $10 per day per person. Take in the views and relax bayside by the pool, or choose to walk down your private sandy path to the beach. Please inquire at the time of booking, Thank you.
Other things to note
Rental contract will be sent. By booking online you agree to receive an emailed attachment with the check-in/check-out instructions, introduction on the property, and contract to read over, sign and email back. Once we receive it back from you we will email you the properties lock box and wifi codes. Thank you for your cooperation!
Regarding Early Check in and Late Check out:
If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, you would need to reserve the night prior for early check-in or night of departure for late check-out at the time of your original booking. As we are a private residence booking company with a constant influx of guests arriving and departing it is necessary to adhere to check in times of 4 pm and check out times of 11 am in order to prepare the residence for the next guests arriving. When possible we will try to accommodate your request, however there is no guarantee.

- No pets, no smoking, see contract Due to recent events with clients and renters being deceitful about how many people are in their group/party, the occupancy number listed will be strictly enforced and is the maximum number of permitted guests allowed in this property at one time. If you go over this number you will forfeit your deposit and be escorted off the property. If your size in number grows before you check in please contact Brandon as he has over 100 vacation rentals and will more than likely be able to move you to another larger property. Thank you.

Hello and thanks for booking. Before you check in, I wanted to send you this message so both you, your guest and all of us are on the same page. In the past month, there have been numerous problems with renters not abiding by the contract rules and policies. All the concerns are common sense but for some reason the issues have mounted up in the last several weeks and I wanted to give you a need to know message so we can avoid any problems during your stay:
First off, communication is key, you can contact me via phone call, text, email, and airbnb messaging. There are easily 4 ways to reach me at anytime. Also on the contract there is emergency and office numbers, so there is never a reason why you cannot be in contact.
Check in time is 4pm
Check out time is 10am
These times need to be adhered by unless we have given you written consent to check in or out at a different time. The reason for this is because we are not a hotel, we are vacation rentals homes. Our housekeepers and cleaning companies have to keep a tight schedule to be able to clean all the homes to have them ready by 4pm for the next airbnb renter. It normally takes 5-6 hours to clean a property and that is why check outs are 10am and check ins are 4pm. If no one is checking out the day you are checking in and no one is checking in the day you are checking out, we can of course try and accommodate your requests, but we will not know until less than 24 hours before that time do to bookings coming in last minute.
If you are going to request a late check out you must do so no later than 5pm the night before checkout. We cannot reschedule anyone late in the evening for the following day. Please note that we do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee an early check-in or late checkout due to cleaning and inspection scheduling.
Trash Disposal :
Your rental payment covers a normal cleaning, and not so you can leave it a giant mess. If you have excess trash it is your responsibility to remove it from all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. and dispose of it yourself. If you leave the house filthy with garbage overflowing you will be charged an additional fee. racoons and seagulls they are not a myth, they are alive and well in florida, for your safety and the animals safety please throw away garbage properly in the and replace lids on garbage bins. Thanks
Exterior/Outside Yard :
Please make sure all garbage is picked up on the outside of the property. We have been finding cigarette butts left all over, beer caps, cans, and bottles, etc. There will be an additional charge for garbage and trash left out around the property. If cigarettes, cigarette butts are found you are in danger of losing your security damage deposit as all the vacation rentals are non smoking. We have also been finding left over drug residue and paraphernalia. This will cause an immediate forfeiture of your deposit.
HOT TUBS/POOLS :
There has been a growing trend to leave the hot tubs and pools left dirty, murky, and with a bad smell to the point where no one consciously would want to step a foot in them. Please make sure there is nothing poured into them, we are finding beer cans floating in them. Please wash your bodies off, free of sand and lotions before entering the water. Please make sure to put hot tub covers back on when done. There is a $150 dollar fee for having to drain a hot tub, refill, and add chemicals last minute to have it ready for the next renter.
This has been a growing concern. Basic common sense. No loud outdoor noise of any kind or loud noise coming from inside the house that will disturb neighbors. We are getting phone calls from neighbors and authorities about noise late at night and early in the morning. First offense is a warning and second offense is termination of the rental and you will have to leave. If we or the authorities are called to the property there is a $150 charge. Noise ordinance is 10pm to 7am in all of Tahoe and Florida home.
Damage to the property :
Accidents happen. We know that. If anything happens during your stay please contact immediately. We take before and after pictures before every renter check in and after check out. We also take video with a go pro camera. We have been hit hard lately with stained carpets and linens, along with torn sheets, scuffed up hard surface floors and walls. (We recommend to have your shoes off in the house to prevent staining to the carpet.) All of our houses are "No shoes in the house" There has been a lot of red wine spills on the carpet so please be careful with liquids that can stain. There is a minimum $150 charge to call a carpet cleaner to come out and clean stains.
Every vacation rental in Lake Tahoe is permitted and given a maximum occupancy number. This is a county rule that we must follow and inforce. These properties are not "party houses" or "crash houses ". There are properties that sleep from 1 adult up to 18 adults currently in the inventory. When you first contact me and tell me how many people are in your group that is the number of people that I am expecting. If your number grows or decreases I need to be notified. More times than not, if you go over your original group size in number I can find you another property that will fit your group. Each property you see on my listings will have the max number of how many people can be in the house at one time. If you are planning on renting a couple or more properties in Lake Tahoe, or are meeting up with friends and are planning on inviting people over to your vacation rental you must contact me to see if the property is allowed to have that many people on its grounds. Going over the amount of people allowed in the property can make you lose partial or your full deposit. The max occupancy is for the entire time you are staying in the house, at any time you may NOT have over that amount.
The same as occupancy, you may not at any time during your stay have over the amount of cars permitted. This is again a county rule and we inforce this. There is no street parking at any time. (Loading and unloading are ok)
At this time and forseeable future, no outdoor fires, firepits, gas or electric are allowed. No fireworks of any kind also. This region has been in a drought for some time now and officials and authorities have banned them. Your deposit is in jeopardy, you will be fined and possibly ticketed or arrested for the offense. Fireworks, open fires, fire pits even in metal containers, are illegal in all of Tahoe all year round.
By following these simple and basic procedures you allow us to keep our rental rates, cleaning fees, security/damage deposits as low as possible while also guaranteeing an enjoyable time for you during your present stay and for all future guests.
