Hiroko is a really sweet hostess! The apartment was really nice and clean. Close by the train, supermarket, bars and restaurants. Quiet little neighbour hood. I highly recommend this apartment and stay!

Quite a convenience house to city central. The host was very nice and kind. House is fit for 1 or 2 people . Everything is not bad.

Hiroko is a wonderful host. She is very nice, kind and a great communicator. I was actually sick for two days and she brought me oranges and apples to help my recovery! :) Hiroko provided step-by-step instructions on how to find her place which was very helpful and easy to follow. The nearest station and convenience stores were only a short walk away. The apartment itself was very clean and cozy. The room was surprisingly spaciously and the beds were comfortable. Depending on how you prefer to travel, you can probably fit 2-3 people in the room. For me, it was just perfect. Hiroko's place is perfect for travelers on a budget. I already recommended her to a few friends. I will definitely book with Hiroko again when I return to Japan.

Hiroko san is a best host we met recently. She is good at communication, who is a considerate, helpful, passionate and kind person. Hiroko san prepared everything for us, and left welcome message on the table, thus I can say this is almost standard like those given at hotels. We are so thankful to her for hospitality & professionalism. We think that we will come again and meet with Hiroko san again, hopefully in a near future. We highly recommend you on staying here for a few nights if you like a quite place in downtown.

It is clean and comfortable, and close to jr station and keisin line station, highly recommend. Hiroko is also helpful and nice.

I found the apartment to be very cozy and nice. It was clean, roomy, comfortable, and well-equipped. Hiroko is an excellent host! She was so kind and communication with her was a breeze. It was an excellent example of customer service. I have stayed in AirBnB throughout Tokyo before -- many hosts do not have any connection to the apartment, do not meet you, and are very difficult to even get in contact with. Hiroko is the opposite of this. She was the first host that I had in Japan (after three prior experiences) that was actually a wonderful and very helpful host. As Hiroko says in the description, the area is very residential, so you are not in the heart of busy Shinjuku, but it is a quiet, relaxed and safe area to come home to after a long day of either work or travel.
