Beautfiul 4-bedroom apartment, overlooking a park and two palaces, right in the heart of the heart of Stockholm. Two minutes walk to the sea, 5 minutes walk to City Hall. 25 meters to the Underground, buses around the corner and a plethora of restaurants, bars, shops and museums on your doorstep. There is even a beach ten minutes from the apartment (Stockholm has the cleanest waterways of any capital in the world and you can swim and fish everywhere!)
The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms (master bedroom with balcony and king-size bed, one smaller bedroom with a single bed and a further bedroom with two smaller beds, 160 cm), two bathrooms (brand new), a large living room with an open fire place, a TV / guest room with a sofa bed and a brand new kitchen with dining space for up to 8 people.
All bedrooms face a tranquil courtyard, and the social areas overlook a park and two palaces. The building is at the end of a one way street and completely quiet.
The apartment is beautifully furnished and filled with art and antiques from all over the world.
Obviously there is wifi throughout.
Maximum 5 guests.
You will have access to the entire apartment. In the courtyard there are benches and tables, and a BBQ.
You will also have free access to a small gym situated in the Clarion Hotel, 200 m from the front door.
Interaction with guests
We are overseas but have a hostess who is avsilable 7 days a week in person or by phone.
We ourselves are always avsilable on e-msil or by phone.
We have no particular rules other than the obvious; please don't disturb the neighbours, don't break the china if you can avoid it, please do be careful with our artworks (some of which is very fragile), don't smoke, and follow the instructions regarding recycling. This is NOT a party place, so we vastly prefer to have families as guests. We'd also be grateful if you would also not wear your outdoor shoes indoors, as it were. Obviously, no narcotics, and yes, by that we mean cannabis as well; many of the neighbours in the building are senior police officers, and you're right next door to the National Police headquarters, so bad luck, all ageing hippies out there :).
