Louis met us when we arrived and showed us how everything worked. He also left a brilliant little booklet with instructions and information on places to eat etc. The apartment was in a lovely quiet neighbourhood with great transport links to all the attractions. Two metro stations within a block or two of the apartment. The apartment was light and airy with two balconies - one on either side of the apartment. Everything we needed was in the apartment and Louis had kindly left us some home made marmalade and a bottle of wine. I would definitely recommend this apartment if you're looking for somewhere away from the hustle and bustle but still within easy reach of the city. Thanks Louis and Cristina.

Louis was waiting for us at his very nice Apartment and showed us around, he even provided home made jam and a bottle of wine and coffee for his machine. It is a cozy apatment in the 16th district with Supermarkets, Bakeries and very good Restaurants around. Just a few steps to the Seine River. Towels and bedsheets were provided and the Apartment is in a good condition and clean. Kitchen has all the Tools you Need to make yourself home. I highly recommend that place

We spent four nights at Louis and Christina's apartment and loved it. On our last visit to Paris we had stayed in a hotel and this was a far superior experience. Christina gave us a warm welcome and showed us around the spotless apartment answering all our queries. It's a very pleasing place, lots of light, comfy bed and everything you need. The pictures on the site are very accurate. Louis and Christina go the extra mile with their thoughtful touches. The apartment is a little way from the centre but for that you get the feel of being totally away from all the tourists. We enjoyed the area and followed many of their recommendations. We were 100 per cent happy with our stay.

I had a perfect time at this lovely sunny apartment. It is a real treat to be high up in Paris, the light is wonderful and puts you in a good mood. The location is very residential, with two wonderful open air markets nearby. But what sealed it for me was the level of attention and responsiveness that Louis showed throughout the process, even leaving a little guide of the apartment and stores/restaurants nearby. There are only good surprises with this listing, you can trust it 100%!

Louis and Christina's apartment was amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures. We loved the neighborhood of Auteuil: we were not surrounded by other tourists yet in the center of Paris. We loved having breakfast in the sun on their terrace. The view is amazing. Ideal combo: the luxury of a hotel, personal touch of a b&b and the privacy of an apartment! Louis was very welcoming and explained everything to us. The little booklet with extra info and tips was very helpful! You won't regret staying here!

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at this beautiful appartment. Louis met us from the eurostar and was such a friendly approachable guy who told us everything we needed to know about getting to the apartment even down to how to make a good cup of coffee! They gave us a booklet which explained everything about their home and suggestions on where to eat/ markets was even coded with how far it was away and how expensive! Really handy. The apartment was really clean and beautifully furnished. We were even welcomed by a bottle of red wine and a jar of marmalade! Being in a gated block meant that it felt really so safe, and the metro was ridiculously close by! It was lovely to have the balconies front and back..especially seeing the Eiffel Tower so near. Definitely knew you were in paris. We can not recommend this place highly enough. Thanks Louis and Cristina for sharing your home with us!x
