Guest access

While you stay at my home you will have access to all the amenities that the house offers. The electricity works on a meter €5 a day should cover groups of 1-2 people, Larger groups should expect to utilize in the region of 10 euro per day but this is just a guideline. There are cooking facilities, wifi, flat screen TV.There is basic cable tv channels,.Guest will have full and private use of apartment there is washing machine in apartment.

I am available 24/7 for urgent things and all 'reasonable' hours for any questions you might have through email or phone. David's apartment is in a great location right next to the Jameson Distillery. There is also a fun piazza in the apartment complex with restaurants, bars and a high quality market. There are trendy and more "local" bars and restaurants too. You are only a 10-15 minute walk to Temple Bar. The apartment has a fun layout with unbeatable decks.

This is an amazing place to stay if you don't need to be in Dublin 2. The Smithfield Luas stop is a half-block away, providing easy access to Heuston & Connelly stations and to Central Dublin. Just two blocks north of the Liffey, and bookended by the Jameson and Guinness plants, the once-downscale area has undergone a gentrification, with plenty of great restaurants, nightlife, and shops, attracting many of Dublin's hipsters to live and play (according to our decidedly non-hipster, Dublin-resident sister). As for the apartment itself, the pictures the owner chose give you an accurate impression. Well-appointed and modern in feel, its two bedrooms with king-sized beds comfortably acccommodate four; with the sleeper sofa in the living room, six if you can work out the bathroom schedules. The kitchen is compact, but not unreasonably so. However, the pièce de résistance is the rooftop deck, providing amazing, 270 degree views of the city from what seemed to us the second-highest residential vantage point north of the Liffey. Although our stay was one short night, we spent almost all our waking hours there, beverages in-hand on a clear evening, the gentle hum of Dublin nine stories below. No Dublin hotel can match the experience at twice the price. Simply put, stay here if you can.

The best views is Dublin! Great central location without to much city noise. Danilo was very friendly and informative when we checked in.

Location great, Ends there. This space is severely outdated and the pictures do not represent it's actual condition. The 2 bathrooms are really one bathroom, as only one of them contained a shower. This bathroom has a broken toilet seat, which is the start of many needed repairs. David neglected to mention an "energy fee" during any of the booking process, which is expected in cash and not fully explained. It felt like we were being scammed.

Stayed at this apartment for 3 days and was a bit disappointed. The place itself is beautiful and has amazing views etc. And the furniture is also very nice. However when you're paying a lot of money you expect everything to be perfect and it wasn't. The toilet seat was barely on which was not fixed after me saying, despite me trying to contact Marcelo to sort out. the place was dirty which hopefully will be sorted before the next guests, loads of dust and hair etc !!! The rug was filthy! There were also loads of cob webs. we were told the washing machine didn't work properly by Marcelo who told us the door didn't open so we decided not to use that as didn't want the stress. The electric blinds in the main bedroom were broken. There was no sink plug which meant that we couldn't wash anything up to re use. Reading some of the positive reviews it feels like we stayed somewhere else. The views are amazing but I wouldn't have payed what we did for what we got as I didn't expect anything to be broken. atleast without a message before hand to let us know. The place also needs a bit of tlc, the walls could do with some fresh paint. We were also disappointed about the inflexibility of the check out time as our ferry didn't leave till 7pm and had to check out at 12. On a positive note the beds were really comfy and the bedrooms were very stylish, as well as the great views !!
