Come and stay in this inner city gem! This top floor, two bedroom unit is part of an older style 8 pack of units, but don't judge a book by it's cover. Renovated recently with quality fixtures and fittings, this boutique unit will not disappoint. Centrally located on quiet leafy Qualtrough St, just 4 mins walk to bus stops, local eateries and convenience stores, 250m stroll to the famous Norman hotel, and an easy 10 min walk to The Gabba. Relax and enjoy it's gorgeous balcony with city views!

The space

Located on the third floor, access by two flights of stairs (no lifts). Easy check in (Access via a lock box located on the front security door). 1 fully secured and lockable garage space included. Street parking limited to 2 hours only.

The apartment being on the to floor has an amazing cross breeze coming through. Open the bi-fold doors and front door and enjoy the breeze.

One Queen bed, one Double bed.

Cook anything you desire with our full kitchen facilities, including large fridge, microwave, toaster, sandwich jaffle maker, wine fridge, and dish washer. Tea and coffee making facilities are available. Enjoy our complimentary range of coffees and teas, and light snacks and drinks. Baking paper, aluminium foil, salt and pepper, and oil spray is provided for your cooking and dining convenience.

Safety: Fire blanket, fire extinguisher and a basic first aid kit provided. Smoke detectors in place. No smoking please.

Full laundry faciilties (front load washer and dryer). Laundry power provided. Iron and ironing board, and emergency sewing kit located in wardrobe in first bedroom. Retractable clothes line on balcony.

Wifi is available. Dining table has multiple power points for all your work/business needs. Includes USB charger for laptop and phone.

Awesome flat, Sam has thought of everything from complimentary tea, cereal etc. to instructions on how to use the appliances, to making the flat very comfortable. Perfect location for the Gabba, Southbank, etc. Highly recommended.

Glenn's house is the best out of my experienced Airbnb hospitality. He explained kindly about how to stay efficiently. Using Go card, making bank account, finding sharehouse for my son, how to use Uber, ... His house is clean, cozy, well interiored, well equipped kitchen and shower room, and so on.

Sam's apartment was perfect for our stay in Brisbane. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, easy to find and very well equipped. We particularly appreciated the children's toys/books/high chair/cutlery that were provided for our use. Thanks also for the generous touches of complimentary drinks and snacks. What a fabulous apartment! Super clean, beautifully decorated and it had everything we needed. Everywhere we looked there was a lovely little detail - complimentary snacks, toiletries, guidebooks and even a printer. Highly recommended.
