1 or 2 beautiful queen size bedrooms available. These rooms share a bathroom so I only ever book out the bedrooms to the same group of people. Ideal for friends or family travelling together.
Fantastic location walking distance to the French Market, Rose Garden, Waterfront, free shuttle buses to events at Mt Eden and Mt Smart Stadiums. Just 10 mins walking to Spark Arena and 15 mins to the CBD, ferries & Britomart trains /shopping.
My room is at the other end of the apartment.
Both bedrooms are spacious with double sized built in wardrobes and very comfortable beds. The bedrooms are also very private and quiet - at the other end of the apartment from my room. Both rooms have lots of storage space and one room has a desk.
If you are friends, rather than a couple you can use both bedrooms for the same price.
The bathroom is for guests as I have my own ensuite.
I'm very relaxed and happy to have children to stay but please note some parents find it difficult to stay in someone else's house when the owner lives on site.
Parking for one car may be available on site but please check with me first. There is limited parking on the street outside Monday to Friday 9-5pm but plenty of car parking in the weekends and from 5pm weekdays.
Guests are welcome to use the lounge area, laundry and deck. You are also welcome to share the space in the refrigerator and make hot drinks etc. Use of kitchen for cooking is fine.
Interaction with guests
I'm happy to sit and talk with you about any needs you have - I love talking about travelling
Other things to note
Please note that my cat (Sacha) also lives on site. It is very unlikely that she will attempt to go into your rooms.
- Visitors only with hosts permission
Hi, I'm Tracey. I love travelling and in another life I would travel more and work less! I make the most of visiting countries with different cultures to my own as well as enjoying the beautiful scenery, food and wine in New Zealand.
As a host, I look forward to helping you enjoy your stay in Auckland or NZ (that is if you need some help).
You are welcome to treat this place as your home while you stay with me.
Also living in the apartment is Sacha the cat. She is usually very aloof and won't try to share your space, however will occasionally recognise a "cat lover".
