Theresa is a lot of fun. She freely shared her knowledge and recommendations of things to do in the area and helped us have a great time (especially with the nearby penny arcade). She lives in the midst of a very walkable neighborhood with great shops and restaurants, fairly close to Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods, Red Rock Canyon and other things. She even lent me a coat to use during my trip to the peak! Theresa goes above and beyond what you should expect from a host, and I totally recommend booking with her.

Theresa's place is ideally located in Old Colorado City area of Colorado Springs, very close to Manitou Springs and Pike's Peak attractions, but also conveniently close to Colorado Springs itself. Her house is beautiful and sparkly clean and the bed was very comfortable. She has a lovely patio and chairs down by the creek for relaxing after a hard day of sightseeing. Theresa is friendly and knowledgeable about the locale. Guests share a bathroom with the hostess, but for us this was not a problem. Theresa even provided space for our food in her refrigerator and our things in the bathroom.

Theresa was a great host and personalized my Birthday with a banner. Location was great to many outdoor adventures some just miles away. Theresa always had her place spic and span! Theresa has a big heart and was very informative when it came to restaurants and local things to do! This was our first time using airbnb and it was a Great experience.

Theresa's place was a very clean, comfy and convenient place to stay, near all the attractions in the Manitou Springs area. She was a kind and considerate hostess; she greeted us upon arrival & made us feel right at home. She offered information & suggestions to help us find great places to eat and things to do to make our stay more enjoyable! We will definitely try to stay with Theresa again when we area back in the area.

The location is perfect and close to a lot of things especially if you want to do outdoor things. Highway is easily accessible as well. It does sit close to a highway so it's a little noisy but not bad. House is clean and well kept. Theresa is a great host. Very nice and accommodating.

Theresa's place is a log cabin on a alleyway on the outskirts of Manitou Springs, a quaint little village with lots of restaurants, shops, and when I was there a concert in the park. I was astounded by the nearness of wildlife. After jeeping in the wilderness, I saw most wildlife in Theresa's backyard. A mule deer doe visited with her young fawns, who were playful and relaxed in the safety of the yard by the creek. A trio of antlered bucks swept though the yard one morning, and raccoons played in the creek. Theresa was a great host, friendly and willing to talk if I was, but otherwise not intrusive.

Hello, and thank you for considering my home! I have been a landlord for this property for over 12 years. My tenants are always sad to leave and many still keep in touch. I am an author, a world backpacker and I have 2 darling chickens (Maya & Pearl). I enjoy writing, hiking, bicycling, traveling and welcoming visitors into my home. I look forward to meeting you and helping you enjoy your stay here in lovely Colorado Springs!
