spending the night or not.
-Additional guest $ 25.00 per person/per day

2. Pet’s must be approved by host.
-Pet fee regardless of service papers $ 25.00 per pet/per day

3. All trash must be placed in trash can.
-No dumping outside of unit $ 300.00 penalty fee

4. No smoking inside unit or building
-No smoking $ 150.00 penalty fee

5. Please leave unit the way you find it. Clean and tidy.
-No Bodily function cleaning (urine, stool, vomit) $ 100.00 penalty fee

6. Control noise after 10pm & be respectful to neighbors

7. Do not move or destroy furniture or touch artwork.

8. Check out is 11am sharp.
-No late check out $ ½ the cost of entire booking

9. Lost key
-9:00am-11:00pm $ 15.00 penalty fee
-11:00pm-9:00am $ 65.00 penalty fee

10. Guest staying 1-3 days pay $ 65 cleaning fee with the initial booking.
-Extra cleaning $ 20.00 per day after the initial 3 days.

The host is very easy to communicate with and answered any questions or concerns we had. The place looked exactly like the photos and had all the amenities. I would definitely stay here again if I go to DTLA again.

Location is good & parking was easy. Concierge was helpful. No TV & lots of sirens all night made sleeping difficult if you’re a light sleeper this may be an issue. It was clean & as pictured

I recently stayed here at one of "The Rosemary" apartments for a 4 day trip in LA with my boyfriend. The host was Sierra and the place was Darrel's (who I never met). This was a perfect place for the two of us to stay during our trip! I would absolutely stay here again when we visit LA and would absolutely recommend it. Sierra was an excellent host, she was super communicative and immediately responded almost every time when we sent her a message or update. Check in during the day was incredibly easy as well with everything prepared so we didn't have any other questions. The place itself was very spacious with a kitchen, living room area, and a few beds (more then we needed). It would be a great place for a group of 4 to stay in as well. The main pros were: - Excellent downtown location with easy access to everything and great restaurants around. (Little Damage is on the corner of the block for example :D) - 24 hour front desk security. I felt safe all the time, even when we came back in the AM hours. The front desk people were also very friendly. - The apartment was very big AND super private. The only thing to be aware of: If you're a light sleeper this may not be the place for you. Because it's in a main downtown area there is constant noise; ambulances in early morning hours, construction, etc. This was NEVER a problem for use and we had a great stay! But just be forewarned that downtown LA is busy all the time.

Perfect location in central downtown, very safe with reception, the apartment itself is spacious, clean and very well equiped with a kitchen, oven, microwave and coffee maker. Communication vasy easy and quick. I can't imagine a better place to stay ;)
