A stones throw from the West Pier/i360. Our lovely 2 bed flat has just been renovated so everything is brand new. Typical Regency building with high ceilings and spacious rooms. We are on a quiet cul-de-sac, 5 minutes from the high street and the heart of Brighton.

The space

The apartment has a minimalist and uncluttered feel to it. Our favourite parts are the large floor to ceiling Windows and big living room. The bathroom is brand new and the large rainwater shower is great. The kitchen is new and very well equipped, widescreen TV, Bose speakers, 2 X kingsize beds with Egyptian cotton bedding. The second bed is on a cozy mezzanine floor. All the sash windows open fully and there is a large balcony for you to take in the sea breeze.

We have parking available for 1 vehicle in our private car park next to the building.

A key and parking permit will be left for you in a safe box in the front porch. I will be a phone call away should you need any help or have any questions apart from that you will have complete privacy.

A wonderful place, lovely decorated, very centrally located with sea view, close to everything, restaurants, shops, points of interest and the famous lanes! The appartment is bigger than it seems on the pictures and decorated with good taste, the bathroom is breathtaking g with both rainshower and bath. Josh is very helpfull and nice. To be true, we can't wait to go back there! We highly recommend this appartment

I would definitely recommend staying at Josh's flat. Spacious and welcoming, the flat is perfectly located and close to all amenities. Josh was a really helpful host and really quick at replying to our messages.

Everything is much better than expected. I have known the location. That was an extra plus and also having a private car park is nice to have at Brighton. The flat was as described. Nothing negative. Beside there was some extras like detergents, towels, paper towels that made our life easier. Location is one of the best in Brighton.

Very fancy flat and in particular the living room and the bathroom. We have enjoyed our stay on a long weekend very much. I would be happy if it could have more flats or hosts like that.
