A comfortable clean room within a guest house with great Wi Fi, we are located just 15 minutes drive from the Old City and moat. A quiet area with good access to the many tours and attractions that Chiang Mai has to offer. The Lanna golf course is about 1.5km away and the Ping river about the same, certainly within an easy walking distance or even a nice cycle ride. Come and experience Thai hospitality and create memories of a life time
We have 20 rooms within the house, all with private facilities. The ground floor has 2 rooms and then the 1st and 2nd floors have 9 room each.We have laundry facility if you want to do it yourself or you can send your washing to be done if you don't have the inclination.
Also on the ground floor is a common area for relaxing and there is tea & coffee making facility.
We have a number of Thai people who stay long term and visitors from many different countries come and go, so long term friendships are forged here. We offer advice on the many things to do in Chiang Mai and we can help you maximise the economies of you holiday by finding the right activity at the right price.
Within the area are many Thai style eateries and only about 1km away is the market where all sorts of fantastic tastes can be had. Also in the same area is 7/11 and other shops which might be useful. Lanna Golf course and Ping river are very close by. There is isn't any limitation on the times you can access your room so you can come and go as you please, we just ask for a common sense approach as this is a quiet residential area.

I am a Thai person, born in Chiang Mai so I know the area very well. I think Thailand is a lovely Country with so much to offer and I enjoy meeting people and trying to help them get the best from their visit. I love cooking, and especially eating. Thailand has so many delicious foods but be careful, some are very spicy. I work hard and try to create the standards that visitors are used to in their own countries but don't worry, still with a splash of Thai.
I have an Australian partner and he helps (or hinders) a little. He also speaks pretty reasonable English (though with a strange accent) so between us we want to make your holiday one to remember (in a good way)
