This place completely resets the bar when it comes to the term, high end. Platinum standard throughout with thoughtful attention to detail. Why would you want to stay anywhere else!

The room is on the top floor of a beautiful Georgian house in a square around a green space. The house is elegantly decorated and spacious - a great place to relax in. It is also well located - the uphill walk from the city centre kept us fit, and we were within walking distance of Whiteladies Road and the fantastic Kitchens Cookshop and Saturday farmers' market. Lots of cafes and restaurants are close by, so it's very convenient. We could have cooked for ourselves in the well-equipped large kitchen (but didn't). Cereal and bread were provided for breakfast, which was handy, and we helped ourselves to fruit and tea/coffee at any time. All in all, a comfortable and good experience of a home from home. The only small downside was the noisy pump in the bathroom, which we were told was unavoidable because of the building being listed. Tina is a great host. She was always on hand or at the end of a phone to answer questions or solve problems. She went out of her way to help us with suggestions for parking before we arrived. (We parked in the West End car park nearby, which charges £12 a day.)

A very stylish place with a Georgian charm, but nonetheless well-equipped with all the comforts that you might want, counting the public kitchen and lounge. The area is quiet and pleasant, and though there can be a bit of noise from the medical practices downstairs, it doesn't make it through to the room.

We loved our stay at Berkeley square; great location, beautiful spacious room with en suite bathroom that was spotlessly clean with a very comfy bed. It was great to be able to use the fabulous kitchen to make cups of tea and breakfast. Good communication from our host; although we didn't meet she responded straight away if I messaged her with a query. Easy checkin with doorcode. Parking on the street outside is free on Sundays but you have to pay on other days and maximum stay is 2 hrs. The RinGo parking app is useful for finding and paying for parking locally. We thoroughly recommend a stay here for a peaceful, comfortable stay in Bristol.

We live in Bristol, love to cook & travel. We're both Director's of Bearpit Bristol CIC that's been regenerating a city center space known as the Bearpit via food trading outlets. We provide catering for the Soil Association, Tridos Bank and the NHS. Airbnb had been part of almost every holiday over the last 6 years and now we host too. I also DJ on weekends and Miriam football coaches young girls.
As hosts we can be discrete for full house bookings but on hand to answer questions or give advice as a when needed. We're always at the end of the phone when off site.
