My family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ashley's home. The location was central and only a few blocks walk to the grocery store. The liquor store was around the corner which was a plus for our rainy Friday night when we just cooked and drank. I would definitely recommend ot…

Ashley's home is beautiful and spacious, and was the perfect place for our family (six adults and one toddler) to stay together during our visit to D.C. for graduation festivities! The house is easily accessible via public transport, and there is plenty of street parking. The n…

Response from Ashley:
Thank you so much for your feedback, Ze! We really appreciate your kind words about the house, its amenities, and how we treat our guests. We're always excited to give people the chance to enjoy the neighborhood and city, so we're glad to hear that you had a positive experience and would be happy to join us again. We also value your comment about spotting a few rats on the street. We've learned during our time in other large U.S. cities, including in other D.C. neighborhoods, that high demand for new or renovated housing in popular neighborhoods often attracts rodents during construction. This is currently the case in our neighborhood, Shaw, which has experienced the arrival of so many new restaurants and cultural facilities that residential development work has increased significantly (although not to the homes surrounding us). Fortunately, we contract with a pest control service that makes sure that rodents aren't attracted to our house or private back patio. You and other future guests can enjoy our spaces without worrying about any intrusions. Thanks again for your thoughts! Take care!
