Eugenio and Andreas are very friendly, communication and check-in has been very easy, they gave us all information we need for the stay. They also let us a documentation with usefull information as their prefered beach in the area and some tips. The location is good as the beach …

It is very nice and clean appartment. Close to cagliari but la maddalena is not one of the most beatiful villages. It could be perfekt for surfers, kitesurfers because it is very windy there. Wifi was not working but it is quiet normal in Sardinien:( We got nice welcome with grap…

La casa è anche più bella di quella che risulta in fotografia, gli asciugamani sono morbidi e profumati e la posizione è molto tranquilla e perfetta per una vacanza rilassante.

La casa è fresca e pulita in una buona posizione, realmente a 50 m dal mare, ideale anche per chi vuole visitare le spiagge del sud della Sardegna. I padroni sono stati sempre disponibili e cordiali.

Andreas est très gentil et à notre disposition. L' accueil a été très convivial. L'appartement est très bien équipé, bonne situation géographique, avec la clim et vue sur la mer. On recommande.

L'alloggio di Andreas è confortevole, pulito e accessoriato. Mobilio nuovo, cucina super-accessoriata (mai trovata in altri alloggi tanta disponibilità di utensili, nuovi e pratici!). Dalle foto la casa appare un po più piccola e meno luminosa della realtà! Ampi armadi per ripor…
