Gwenn made our first Air B&B experience the very BEST! We loved everything from her warm and welcoming greeting, her exquisite home, the incredible breakfast ( I can't believe she squeezed the oranges for fresh juice!) and the beautiful comfy bedroom! Her location was perfect for us, her recommendations for dinner was great and her lovely gardens and property made for a lovely leisurely evening walk. We look forward to another trip to the area and we will definitely book with her again!

Gwenn was so kind and her house was so pleasant and peaceful. We loved everything about it. Even the drive out to her home was incredibly beautiful. She made sure to take care of anything we needed and even had breakfast for us. We had such a fun experience and would recommend staying with Gwenn to anyone going to this area!

We spent one lovely night in Gwenn's home, and loved everything about our stay. Gwenn is such a gracious hostess and made us feel at home the moment we entered the door. Our beautifully appointed bedroom, decorated with antiques and featuring a large bathroom and even a powder room, was extremely comfortable. And we couldn't have asked for a nicer host. From nuts and berries in the room to a simple healthy breakfast to recommendations about restaurants in the area. Gwenn went out of her way to make our all-too-short stay a complete delight. If we ever travel to the Finger Lakes/Rochester area again, we would definitely stay at this Airbnb again.

Gwenn is the perfect host. We were welcomed right away at her beautiful home. Everything about our stay was a joy. Her dog is so sweet and friendly, the grounds are great for a stroll. Breakfast was just what we needed-- fresh fruit and tasty pastries. We highly recommend Gwenn's place.

House Content was perfect in so many ways! First, we loved the central location in Mendon: 20 minutes to Rochester, 30 minutes to the Finger Lakes, 10 minutes to the charming village of Pittsford along the Erie Canal, 10 minutes to a fabulous mall, a few minutes to shops and restaurants in the hamlet of Mendon and just steps to a gorgeous park with scenic trails. We had dinner at Mendon's Black Horse Bistro (delicious) and then popped across the street for live music at The Cottage Hotel. So fun! Our super-clean, quaint room had every amenity we could ask for: a private bath, TV, comfy bed with fluffy pillows, and single-serve coffee maker. Plus, the self-serve breakfast provided all that we needed to start our day, from yogurt to granola, muffins to fruit. Gwenn was delightful, so kind and welcoming and so full of good ideas (which trails to hike in Mendon Ponds Park; which wineries to hit in the Finger Lakes; which galleries to visit in Rochester; and where we could rent bikes to bike along the Erie Canal). Final delight? Watching the sun set from Gwenn's lovely back patio, with a glass of wine in our hand and her sweet Springer Spaniel Scout by our side.
