I am an author and holistic health practitioner, who works from home. I have the pleasure of sharing my world with my beautiful daughter, Raegan, and husband of 25 years, Mark. We are life-long Maine residents and love living in the gorgeous lakes region. We enjoy walking, hiking, photography, philosophy, wellness, nature, traveling, and exploring the mind-body-spirit connection. We're excited to be hosting and welcoming loving, positive people into our home.
